I'm generally a fan of included given it's the only tool I've used thus far that is able to get people insights quickly, efficiently and with right level of drilldowns and analysis to drive action. With the kind of visualization, drilldowns and insights we're able to get from Included, it's been a gamechanger for us to have more robust and actionable conversations about our people metrics and are actively used in our all hands, people QBRs and other analyses we do at the company and organizational levels. I'd like performance to get better, have more self-serve capabilities vs needing the team, and I'd evolve to a proactive AI enabled insights platform.

Pros

Clear Reports and Dashboards, with ability to drill down to validate/proofpoint. Good aggregation of different data points for our company to be able to drive corelations and insights for different factors. Overall positive and quick response from team to requests/changes

Cons

Continue investing in improved performance of load times as the reports and dashboards get more sophisticated. This has gotten better in the past few months but continue to improve self-serve for different needs without needing Included team's assistance - some of this is in the experience, some of it is documentation. Lastly, continue investing more in predictive/proactive insights that can drive action.

We've really enjoyed the partnership with the Included team and how they approach our business with curiosity and are quick to find potential solutions to the data problems we're trying to solve.

Pros

I love Included's Stories and how they take data and create insights. I also love how you can easily filter and drill down. It's integrated with our HRIS and provides real-time views for leaders to have informed discussions and take people-centered actions.

Cons

Given the amount of data and flexibility of the platform, it takes a bit of time to onboard to the tool and learn how to navigate and use it effectively.

Very positive. Love the dashboards and continued evolution of the business insights sections. Excited to continue leveraging and incorporating more feedback over time to build and scale further.

Pros

Extremely impactful experience when navigating sites such as the stories dashboard; simplistic view and ability to diagnose strengths / weaknesses with the business very easily. The overall platform is also constantly evolving as the team incorporates more feedback which allows for continuous improvements and positive development of the usability of the metrics.

Cons

Some of the specific custom reports are still a bit difficult to navigate to as you seek custom insights for our customers. Potential opportunity to build a library of custom reports that we can double click and then filter further as needed? Seeking ways to continue making this amazing tool self-service rather than relying on Included experts to help build out those custom reports.
