Pros It's ability to synch by view as we do not use folders, and synching the whole library would be too time consuming Cons Sometimes the database crashes (rare) and requires a full install and resynch to get going again. As with all software, they need to updated and with changes in iOS, sometimes things happen and things no longer work as expected, but Colligo has responded to get the issue sorted and it gives confidence in the product.
