"Customer Feedback"

Overall: The team is receptive to feedback and easy to work with. They strive to provide a solid product even when it may not be in-scope for a current sprint or on the roadmap.

Pros: The features are easy to use once deployed and the team works quickly at resolving issues.

Cons: It would be beneficial to have the ability fully customize risk registers and their calculations instead of using a standard template.

"Kintent is a Great Tool Managing the Compliance Certification Process"

Overall: It's been great to work with the team, they have been very helpful at on-boarding and helping us move towards continuous compliance. The core product functionality is in place and feature set is rapidly expanding. We really appreciate that they are willing to work with us and our needs.

Pros: The compliance controls list is comprehensive and helped us to scope the work that needs to be done to get our certifications.

Cons: The manual tests can be tedious, we are looking forward to more integrations.

"Excelente service and product"

Overall: Since we started working with Kintent, we've been pleasantly surprised. Especially for the great support team, and all the help we received from them. The product is clear, concise and easy to integrate with existing flows. Keep the good work!

Pros: - Team help, great support- Ease of integration- Clarity of the main UX flow- Role separation

Cons: Some minor part of the UX can still be improved
