This tool also comes with Kanban-style project management system which you can: create, assign & work on tickets, and when you are done? They have options to directly add it as an annotation! The platform is very intuitive: it doesn’t take long to start navigating the reports, understand what’s going on, and prioritize next steps. The highlight, without a doubt, is the dashboards. They are very well built, easy to interpret, and genuinely useful in day-to-day work — both for internal analysis and for presenting results. On top of that, the integration with Google Analytics and Google Search Console works brilliantly: the data is well connected inside the tool and makes it much easier to link performance (traffic, engagement/conversions) with visibility and queries/pages, which saves a lot of manual work. Pros I like all the different features and integrations SEOcrawl offers. For example, the rank tracker with the option to check keywords, pages, countries, tags, and more. There are also other handy reports such as new & lost keywords, cannibalization, questions, and opportunities. I love the graphics and use them on a regular basis for weekly/monthly reports for different clients. They give a nice, quick overview of the main metrics and improvements. The annotation feature is really useful as well and helps automate the process of finding whether an improvement we did was successful. Instead of manually checking a specific page or set of pages, we get notified with a nice summary on a weekly basis. The project-management system (tasks feature) is also powerful and helps to organize and manage tasks, team members, and everything else important in order to bring outstanding results thanks to the teamwork of everyone involved in a project. Last but not least, the team is amazing at listening to our needs and requests. Whenever we need a new feature added or improved, they do their best to react asap and bring it to the table. The tool has a number of very useful features that allow you to quickly identify low-hanging fruit and potential cannibalization issues based on your GSC data - something that can take up quite a lot of time to do manually. The rank tracking based on GSC data is a useful supplementation to regular SERP/rank tracking tools. It's less precise, but if you understand where the data is coming from and how Google collects it, it can offer interesting insights into your site's performance. It also makes filtering through your GSC data a whole lot easier and offers interesting insights. Saves a tonne of time when compared to doing it manually or building out your own micro tools/visualizations. The only downside would be the clicks/month limits are kind of low for the monthly/yearly plans currently (current pricing in euros: 9p/m for 10K clicks per month, 29p/m for up to 100K clicks, 49p/m for up to 1M clicks). Agencies or freelancers like myself would hit these limits pretty quickly considering we work on many different sites. I'd still say the tool is worth the money at these prices, but if I was paying monthly/yearly for the tool, I'd like to see these limits increased to, say, 100K/500k/2M and/or the prices of the business/elite plans be reduced slightly. An unlimited package would be an interesting addition too. Overall - Nifty tool that saves multiple hours per week/month on data analysis, provides helpful insights and generates useful reports. Recommended for other marketing freelancers, agencies and marketing teams. Very happy with my purchase. Pros Saves a lot of time and allows you to effectively leverage your site's search data from GSC. You can quickly scan for potential cannibalization issues and low-hanging fruit, saving you from having to sift through all the data manually in GSC or having to create your own reports and/or visualizations. Software is actively being worked on, with new features being added since I started using it. Got a great deal on AppSumo and the customer service is good - notified them of a bug in a new feature and got a response within a few days telling me the issue was fixed. Cons There's not much I don't like about the tool when considering I got the tool in an AppSumo deal. Looking at their pricing for users that sign up on their website directly, I'd say it's priced on the reasonable/high end. Would be good to see them bump up the clicks/month limits on the plans a little. Overall though, if you do a lot of audits and analysis for clients, it definitely saves enough time to be worth the investment. It is evident they take pride in their product and have every intention to ensure the the longevity of this product by adding to the already comprehensive variety of modules allowing for monitoring SEO and ways to improve it. Pros We have multiple URLs so this is a great resource to toggle in between domains. The different reporting and tools allows for an easy way to quickly absorb the SEO health of the sites, get ideas of areas that need improvement, along with offering suggestions of how to improve. The weekly updates offer a great way to get a quick overview on key metrics to keep a pulse on the SEO of our sites without being overwhelmed with too much data. Cons I haven't seen any features at this point that I dislike.
