RoleBase facilite la gestion d'une gouvernance collaborative en apportant des outils simples d'utilisations pour visualiser les équipes et rôles associés, les missions de chacun⋅e, planifier et résumer les réunions, visualiser les tâches à venir etc.

Cons

Pour le moment aucun : l'outil répond à nos attentes là où les autres outils que nous utilisions n'apportait pas cette simplicité d'utilisation et d'accès à l'information car dispatchés sur plusieurs outils (wiki, gitlab, fichiers nextcloud...)

Rolebase m'a permis d'avoir une vision claire des compétences de mon équipe et de pouvoir la communiquer aux autres équipes.Je peux centraliser nos sujets et décisions importantes et je m'assure que chaque réunion dispose d'une next step.

Pros

Rolebase est extrêmement simple d'utilisation, au bout de quelques minutes on a déjà un organigramme clair de son entreprise.J'ai pu mapper les compétences de mon équipe facilement.

Cons

Il reste un travail d'intégrations à fournir pour pousser l'adoption interne à grande échelle sur l'ensemble des fonctionnalités.

Les autres produits ne répondaient pas à mon besoin d'aligner rapidement mes différents sujets à des rôles, je perdais trop de temps et c'était trop peu clair à communiquer car les autres outils testés ne sont pas créés avec cette philosophie.

Je suis très satisfait de Rolebase, les collaborateurs connaissent mieux ce qu'ils doivent faire et se sentent partie intégrante d'un tout !

Pros

Avec Rolebase, on peut facilement découper le travail entre différentes personnes. On sait qui fait quoi, et qui doit faire quoi.On évite également les problèmes d'ingérence, car chacun connaitre son périmètre. Un outil très utile pour management une moyenne ou grande équipe !

Cons

La partie discussion manque de notification lors d'un nouveau message. De plus, une vue mobile serait particulièrement adaptée, pour avoir l'information d'un nouveau message

Pros

Il va de soi que son côté visuel est innovant par son traitement de gestion des équipes via des cercle est ingénieux et très visuels. Les étapes pour suivre une réunion est très agréable pour les intervenants.

Cons

Comme ça je ne vois pas, il faudrait trouver un aspect négatif, mais il a été super bien pensée ! Peut-être ceux qui ne le connaissent pas encore ?

J'utilise Rolebase plusieurs fois par semaine lors de réunions internes.L'expérience utilisateur est top : ça fonctionne bien, c'est simple à utiliser et fiable.Les décisions prises en réunions sont archivées ce qui fait gagner du temps et éviter la déperdition d'information lors des projets.

Pros

\- Utiliser des modèles de déroulé lors de la préparation d'une réunion (gain de temps)- Collaboration lors de la prise de note- Intégration facile du calendrier Rolebase à un client mail externe

Cons

\- Le calendrier prend parfois plusieurs secondes à se synchroniser

Rolebase nous permet d'organiser toutes nos réunions en interne.

Pros

Pouvoir visualiser toutes les réunions qui sont prévues pour nous ou notre équipes sur un calendrier facile d'utilisation, en un clic accéder à la note de réunion et pouvoir trouver facilement qui a participé.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités peuvent être améliorées mais le produit est toujours en développement et donc en évolution constante.

C'est un outil qui facilite le quotidien d'une structure organisée en gouvernance partagée.Essayer c'est l'adopter ;-)

\* Très facile d'organiser des réunions avec plusieurs membres, de modifier si besoin\* Les templates de réunion proposées pour bien suivre le déroulé\* Permet d'avoir une vision globale de la structure (qui fait quoi)\* La synchronisation avec son calendrier Outlook

Cons

Quelques idées de fonctionnalités à développer :\* Permettre la réservation de salles\* Possibilité de rendre les notes de réunions confidentielles le cas échéant\* Possibilité de faire des rappels d'échéances de réunions (15min 30 min etc)
