Pros

Dado makes building out experiences very easy! Their automation tools, that sync with Google Calendar, make it easy to set up onboarding sessions and calendar invites for new hires. I also love that they have an integration now with SwagUp! Gone are the days of manually having to fill t-shirt/sweatshirt orders for employees.

Cons

Sometimes I'll schedule an event on a new hire's calendar during their onboarding experience. I realize later, that I need to shift that event to a different date. If the automated email was already sent and enrollment has happened for the original date, Dado won't resend the invite when I change to the new date. This is an improvement I would love to see Dado make. If we have to shift an event, please restart the automated process for that event.

Dado has helped us navigate a big wave of onboarding as we are scaling as a company. We used Dado to make our onboarding process transparent and consistent for all the functions we were hiring for. I am alone facilitating the onboarding and without Dado it would have taken me a lot of time (and headaches) to organise so many people with so many different tasks at the same time.

Pros

It's easy to use and the customer service is incredible. They are super helpful when it comes to troubleshooting and go the extra mile with strategic advise based on their experience working with their broad customer base. We have saved a lot of time thanks to the more than 1000 messages and tasks that Dado has sent from us in just 3 months of use and it has helped shift the impression new joiners and managers had on our onboarding. In our recent surveys we've received comments from our new hires about how structured and professional our onboarding is and our managers feel supported and set for success by the company thanks to the reminders of their onboarding tasks. Overall, awesome!

Cons

Well as Dado is a new product it has some bugs, which is totally natural. However, their customer service team is incredibly responsive to my questions and requests and take my feedback serious. I've seen new and modified features that are based on the feedback we've provided.
