1\. The design studio for email, print & short message templates - It is very business friendly, anyone with limited knowledge can learn in few days and use the system2. All channels comes as a package3. Quick turn around to deliver communication changes4. The simple workflow builtin for template management5. Single click translation of content to different languages6. Single API integration for all channels7. Integration with Azure Cloud for storage to persist the generated documents

Cons

We implemented this software for about 10 month ago, we didn't face any issues so far, we are currently in the process of implementing their latest version with new features delivered.
