Elm was a solid tool and it is a good option for managing a large volume of customers whom are licensing your software. The software is not complicated to use from a Sales/Account Management perspective. I was not involved in the integration of Elm.

Pros

The best thing about ELM is the ease of use. The UI is setup to follow easy workflows. You can also take different paths on information you are seeking which is nice to have. Some people like to seek and view things one certain way and other people like to do it other ways. Elm provides those different options within their tool and that is a nice touch.

Cons

Every now and then, the software would take longer to load information than normal. I'm talking seconds longer and not minutes or hours. There could of been a few factors outside of Elm's control that led to the delays, so I don't put 100% blame on Elm.
