Pros

大型商業施設だけでなく、数十坪の建物の来訪も計測できた。

Cons

特定の行動をしている人達をロックして一日の動線を追跡できると有難いです。

データの見える化やわかりやすさは非常に便利で有益です。自社では持ちえないデータ分析ができることに強みを感じています。自社社員の共通認識を合わせテナント様とコミュニケーションする上で重要な役割を果たし、広告戦略での改善修正にも活用できました。

Pros

いままでの商圏把握は推定で半径〇㎞というものであったが、lapを利用することで円での把握ではなく実態に即した来法率での商圏把握が可能となり、折り込みチラシ配布エリアの修正に活用できた。また潜在商圏の分析もできたことで、新規顧客獲得施策でどのエリアに広告を投下すれば良いのか判断できたことも重要な気づきとなった。

Cons

位置情報とsnsを連携した広告についてもう少し分析を深めることができるとpdcaを回せるようになるのではないかと感じました。

Pros

カスタム分析で細かく条件を指定できるため、他店との比較などは差が分かりやすく見ることが出来る。また自分で自由にダッシュボードを作成できる点は、調べたいことだけを作業できるので時短に繋がっている。

Cons

gps機能なので難しいのは承知だが、やはり建物の階数がある小売店舗では各売場によって顧客さまの属性が異なるため、どういう人が来ていたなど店全体に言えてしまう。各月ごとに比較してもさほど変化が見られないことも多く活用方法が難しい。

Pros

人流分析データはどうしても情報量が多くどう使用すればいいかわからない中、ウィジェットで絞られているので分析しやすいです。

Cons

当たり前だとは思いますが1つのダッシュボードにウィジェットを多く使用すると重くなったりエラー画面が出るようになる。そこをなんとか軽くなるといいなと思います。

人流データの数字がすぐに可視化でき、とても便利です。

Pros

日本全国どこでも、調査したい地域の人流データが取得可能。人の流れを地域別で比較したいときに、とても便利。検索範囲も細かく絞れるところも高評価。

Cons

企業のなかで、複数人アカウントを所有し使用している場合、検索窓のダッシュボードに検索履歴が残るが、自分の履歴だけではなく、複数人と共有している点は改善してほしい。例えば、個人個人でフォルダごとに履歴がまとまっていると助かる。検索タイトルがほかの人と似たような名前だった場合など、自分の調べた履歴が探しずらい。

獲得出来うる人流データがあれば、説得力も増すのでそこに注力いただきたい。使いやすいけれども　肝心の結果が伴わないと　結果使えないツールと判断されてしまうので。

Pros

単純なつくりなので　使いやすいです。見たい数値に集中させているので、わかりやすいです。

Cons

データ詳しくない人は　使いにくいとの声を聞いたことがあります。獲得出来うる人流データが反映できてないので、数値の確からしさが疑問。

Pros

人流数を把握できる点です。店舗出店等で活用が今後のメインになると思いますが、コロナ下で人流が顕著にわかるのはこのツールしかないので非常に重宝している。

Cons

日次だと人流の凸凹が多いため分析しづらいため、週次でみることが多い。このときに週次データは手元で二次加工が必要なため別途作業が必要なところ。また、二次加工を前提とするならデータ抽出機能はもっと強化してもらえるとありがたい。

ファクトを基にした分析結果を社内に開示することができ、アナリスト毎の癖などを考慮せずに、判断する事が可能になった事は、非常に大きな効果であるといえる。特に象徴的であった分析分野として、出店戦略関連が述べられます。長年、属人的になりブラックボックス化していた候補地の評価を、最新の傾向を踏まえたファクトで評価できるようになったことも、当社にとっては非常に大きなメリットでありました。

Pros

操作は非常に容易で体感的に習得できます。最もこのソリューションで感動できる機能としては以下の２点になります。・前日の人流データを参照できること　（他社ソリューションはここまで直近のデータは参照できません）・Hot placeランキング　自社が望んでいる顧客層が性年代別よりも深く、輪郭がはっきりします。　併用している施設から行動分析や趣向を伺え、マーケティング戦略や　出店戦略に大きな役割を持つことになります。

Cons

・主要統計データとのクロス分析機能が欲しい　現状は性年代別の人口など最低限の統計データに限られている。。・データが抽出タイミング(営業日単位)によってブレる・他業界におけるユースケースを広く知り得る機会が少ない。。

今まで出来なかった事ができる様になることと、入社したてて経験のない若手もこのツールを武器に対等に話せるようになる所は組織論としても優れている。

Pros

自社施設と他社施設が比較でき、ポジショニングや変化を一定の指標で捉えることができるようになった。

Cons

拡大推計のロジックがわからないので、たまに疑わしい数字が出てしまう事がある。特に年齢別の数字は実感と違う事が多い。
