## What is Clocall PBX?

Clocall PBX allows teleworking company staff members to handle extension calls with various terminals, such as smartphones, PCs, and SIP phones. Japan-based entities may utilize the management screen to add extension users or phone numbers and set out-of-hours guidance rules. They can also set automatic voice announcements to play outside business hours, including holidays and weekends. The usage information function lets operators view their monthly data in real time and manage costs associated with the calls. 高価なＰＢＸを購入する必要がなく、手持ちのスマートフォンを使うので電話機代さえかからなかった。導入も簡単でサポートも早くて丁寧。在宅時でも外出中でも、０３番号ですべての社員が受発信できるのでとても便利に利用している。

Pros

初期費用がかからない。ランニングコストも安い。工事も不要で、わずか5日程度で簡単に導入が可能。

Cons

特にない。既存の番号でもクラコールを簡単に導入できるようになるとよい。
