Good program ,functional and easy to use for both a professional and beginner, Highly reports support.

Easy to use , good tracking and easy report generation, nice design.

Pros

This was the first software we used for program evaluation. It did not serve our needs, although the system was more designed for something like an afterschool program, so it might work better for a program like that.

Cons

It was extremely clunky and not easy to customize. There were many features that weren't available.

While this seems to be the standard software used in our particular non-profit, we seem to have a hard time maintaining the integrity of the data. Running a report, finding inconsistencies and then trying to review that data only to have a hard time seeing why the data was included in the report. Although this software is highly functional, there is a steep learning curve--which is hard to justify for entry level staff.

This program is recommended for our tracking needs but it is a good program to use. It provides the necessary reports and their staff is always on hand if we have questions related to the software.

Pros

This program is highly functional and helpful in keeping track and printing reports as needed. It tracks daily attendance and allows you to put individual notes for children. It has a scanner feature for kids at each of our sites.

Cons

it's a little expensive. you have to navigate between multiple pages to enter information for 1 child.
