I know the team is working on a PMO platform. Would like to work with them lot more. Infact we are looking at them to have an enterprise version where we can have a semi dedicated resource to help us with products demo and workflow help to new onboardings. Pros Comprehensive and Simplistic Platform. Even if any modification is needed, team is quick to support on them. Cons The evaluator actions can be improved. Right now is just score and comment. Based on the evaluator designation we can have additional access like view access fo other feedback, move them to next round, or straight up reject them.
