However, I wish you could split trucks in tracks. As often we have several trucks on a job and the workers move from job to job often would be great to be able to split them up sometimes. The best part about Chariot is their team is very responsive to inquiries and requests and actually implements changes that improve performance, rather than waiting endlessly for upgrades and fixes to be voted on by users to be addressed. You can see the product evolving on a week to week basis. Cons The only issue so far is some scheduling organization and layout of the calendar, but a customization issue, rather than functionality. January 29, 2025 5.0 After being in the moving industry and owner of a small moving company here in Texas for over 15 years I finally came to the conclusion that I needed to up my game in order to stay relevant as well as help me get completely organized with my contracts and quotes since I was still using old fashioned techniques like google calendar and hand written quotes(embarrassing lol)! So I decided in 2024 that would be my year to really excel and take my company to the next level since I was growing quickly and really had no real set organization as far as providing quotes for my clients or keeping track of my crews productivity through out each month other than handwritten docs and quote templates that I created my self to provide to customers! After a ton of research and phone calls with different software companies I was still really uneasy about the process of switching over to a software that I knew would be beneficial for my every day task with the company. Until I came across Chariot Moving Software and decided I would give it one last shot and submitted my info for a phone call! To my surprise I was quickly contacted by \[sensitive content hidden\] who basically gave me a game plan on their product and the value of joining Chariot! After speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] he referred me over to \[sensitive content hidden\] who also wanted to meet with me and give me a welcome and recap of anything I may have had questions or concerns about! Immediately I knew this was the company for me as they tailored their product and service around my everyday operations which streamlined my process and took a load off my plate to be able to focus on my core business and clientele. Fast forward to a year later (2025) and I can’t say enough GREAT things about these guys and their software! The communication is there anytime I need it so I’m not left in the dark wondering how to maneuver through the software or communicate with my customers in the most effective ways possible! This has helped me grow my business tremendously over 1 year of use and I will definitely continue my business relationship with them and could not imagine using anyone but Chariot! Pros My company has been using the Chariot software all of 2023. We primarily made the switch to Chariot because we were impressed with the professionalism, enthusiasm and access to Ian, one of its founding members. We quickly found that the program contained many of the current functionality needed to run a moving business in 2023 with their customer contact options, lead integrations and day-to-day dispatch and scheduling. Setup and training were easy for all of my staff since Chariot makes their team available through many different avenues, even hosting weekly zoom meetings until we got the hang of the system. We primarily appreciate their request for feedback and how they are able to prioritize the needs of our company, really taking a vested interest in the tools WE need to be successful, rather than giving just a generic website that either works or doesn't. We really feel as if they value our business and time, and we would recommend Chariot to any new or existing moving company.
