I like how everything is in this software and I don't have to use many different applications at once, I can focus on one application for all the information about the move. Pros Chariot is very user friendly, easy to learn. Everything you need for everyday efficiency is in this software. When you find something they could improve upon or your having a problem they are fast at communicating and finding a solution. Cons I don't have a big con at the moment. However, I wish you could split trucks in tracks. As often we have several trucks on a job and the workers move from job to job often would be great to be able to split them up sometimes. Pros After using other moving software, Chariot is a cut above as far as ease and efficiency. The best part about Chariot is their team is very responsive to inquiries and requests and actually implements changes that improve performance, rather than waiting endlessly for upgrades and fixes to be voted on by users to be addressed. You can see the product evolving on a week to week basis. Cons The only issue so far is some scheduling organization and layout of the calendar, but a customization issue, rather than functionality. Cons Nothing to note here. I don't really see any cons. It does what I want it to do and more. Pros The owner and team at Chariot are very responsive and always working to improve Chariot: adding more features and making sure things are working to fit our company. They quickly respond and are excellent throughout the process of getting everything set up so that we had Chariot implemented quickly. Chariot has been easy for our employees to use and easy for taking payment from customers on the job. The team at Chariot have built an excellent software and are interested in adding features and refining their software to fit our needs. This is priceless as other software we looked at would have forced us to run our company according to the software instead of according to what is best for our company and customers. Cons There is a learning curve, but compared to other software we looked at, Chariot made it as painless as possible. Reason for choosing Chariot Reasonable pricing and no long-term commitment on our part. This made it easier to make the decision because the pricing was similar to other products we considered. However, in the past, we had tried another software that was so difficult to use and had a commitment. We were able to sever ties with the software, but we had to do it quickly and it was a huge hassle. We had no way of knowing before using the software how difficult it was to use and we didn't want to go through that again. So, Chariot was a good solution since it had so many features we needed and no long-term commitment. Pros Chariot has combined and improved several systems that we were using in the past. Many of our repetitive tasks have been automated, and the system allows us to be much more efficient. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The team is very passionate about their product and constantly sending out improvements. They also have the ability to customize to each clients specific needs/wants. Chariot was also able to integrate with Quickbooks online which was another big plus. Cons There is a bit of a learning curve with Chariot as it is a somewhat complex system. The team was super helpful with all of our questions and getting us going. We've been able to do more with less, which in this economy is everything for a business. The responsiveness of staff has been amazing and the product will speak for itself when you try it. January 29, 2025 5.0 After being in the moving industry and owner of a small moving company here in Texas for over 15 years I finally came to the conclusion that I needed to up my game in order to stay relevant as well as help me get completely organized with my contracts and quotes since I was still using old fashioned techniques like google calendar and hand written quotes(embarrassing lol)! So I decided in 2024 that would be my year to really excel and take my company to the next level since I was growing quickly and really had no real set organization as far as providing quotes for my clients or keeping track of my crews productivity through out each month other than handwritten docs and quote templates that I created my self to provide to customers! After a ton of research and phone calls with different software companies I was still really uneasy about the process of switching over to a software that I knew would be beneficial for my every day task with the company. Until I came across Chariot Moving Software and decided I would give it one last shot and submitted my info for a phone call! To my surprise I was quickly contacted by \[sensitive content hidden\] who basically gave me a game plan on their product and the value of joining Chariot! After speaking with \[sensitive content hidden\] he referred me over to \[sensitive content hidden\] who also wanted to meet with me and give me a welcome and recap of anything I may have had questions or concerns about! That was huge to me!! Immediately I knew this was the company for me as they tailored their product and service around my everyday operations which streamlined my process and took a load off my plate to be able to focus on my core business and clientele. Fast forward to a year later (2025) and I can’t say enough GREAT things about these guys and their software! The communication is there anytime I need it so I’m not left in the dark wondering how to maneuver through the software or communicate with my customers in the most effective ways possible! This has helped me grow my business tremendously over 1 year of use and I will definitely continue my business relationship with them and could not imagine using anyone but Chariot! April 29, 2025 5.0 These guys are amazing. They listen to us and help us troubleshoot issue right away. They allow for constant feedback and they deliver or tell me where it is on the timeline. Pros Easy of use and how it helps us manage our business and crews. The reporting helps me with payroll and they have new features coming all the time. Cons No mobile app make things a little harder for admins on mobile devices. They are improving the UI for mobile for admins, but it has a bit to go.
