Pros

I liked the vast amount of options, although sometimes it made it hard to navigate when I was looking for options in ones specific city.

Cons

It would show me the same list of options even if I changed cities that were within the same county.

It was okay but I've had used other systems that are better.

Pros

I liked best the response time, once I have the location I want to reserve, it was fast and efficient.

Cons

It was hard to pinpoint the space I was reserving. It didn't give you a good view/picture of where the desk is. It was also showing places I'm not interested in despite selecting the address of where I want to reserve. Also, it does not cancel the reservation if the person that reserved did not show up.

I really like liquidspace, I think is a very interesting instrument and I would like to see it growing.

Pros

The amount of places that are available to book when you travel to main cities

Cons

Some cities are not present, we need more cooworking spaces. Also some places cannot be booked with less than 24h what makes last minute needs imposible to fit.

Reminders were good. Good to look at history.

Cons

Hard to find available desks. I don't need to see what is not available for me to choose. It took many clicks to try to book spots for multiple days. Why not make it easier to have it all one page. Took forever to book stuff. Would have been nice to get notifications when people cancelled.

Pros

My company uses LiquidSpace as a perk for remote employees and I really love it! I use it at least monthly to book a desk or space for myself and often coordinate with colleagues to book teh same space so we can truly co-work. I love the filters (formerly, I've used them to find spaces that have nursing or pumping rooms, having lots of phone booths, and providing snacks and coffee!) Whenever I've had questions or concerns, the help chat has resolved them swiftly and fully.

My overall experience has been positive with Workplace Manager. I use it every week, and it helps me get quiet spaces as an alternative to working from home.

Pros

I like that I can book desks or meeting rooms when I need them, on a flexible schedule. Sometimes I just need a meeting room for an hour, and can't use the rooms at work. This is a great option for me to have, and it's all tied to the corporate card and budget to make things easy expense-wise.

Cons

I don't like how sometimes there are buffer days when I need to book something fast, but I know that's up to the individuals who are putting up their spaces on the platform, and how much time they need to approve reservations. I would like to see more options in Colorado Springs for spaces.

It was very simple! Very user friendly and highly customizable.

Pros

It prompted all features of my space that I was hoping to note. It was clear and very user friendly. Multiple people can have access to the renter chat, so it can be a collaborative project. Sends email updates when renters are looking in your area, which really helps get traction to your space.

Cons

There are many users on this platform, so gaining the interest of one renter is quite challenging, but not the software's fault.
