Easy to use and definitely gives peace of mind knowing that this is a stable entity that uses the data to help us not help ill-intentioned agencies. Pros Very easy to use. Gives confidence in adding to the database for someone to identify a potential issue if available quickly and easily. Cons The only thing I do wish I could do is edit previous submissions. We have learned to be as detailed as possible and would like to change some of our first submissions. We get the occasional alert that may say "\[sensitive content hidden\]" at "Aeroparts" or something similar and it has to do with a completely different and out of the area company or unrelated buyer. Pros It is very easy to use and easy to train my staff -- there is little fuss or unnecessary bloat. It is fast and straight to the point. I can usually find the results I need in under a minute between the time I log in to the time I submit the query. The controlled goods tool is also useful in preliminary classification research. Cons In the version that we use, we are unable to search by address only -- you have to put in a name. While the fuzzy search is useful, there are times when I want to look up an address on its own to make sure that it is not being used by another listed entity.
