The website builder is actually very good compared with other ones we've used and even someone less skilled at web design can make something looking good and functional relatively quickly. Pros I think the support is top notch, we always get quick responses and someone dedicated to looking at any problems we have and fixing them for us quickly. They are open to feedback and ways to make the experience better and have recently made some upgrades to how the platform works which are super helpful. Cons We can't always do exactly what we would like to do, there are a few 'nice to haves' that hopefully will come in future updates but overall it does everything we need to do.
