"Move your company into the 21st century with Jewel360"

Overall: Definitely would recommend the system to anyone who is tired of the poor options in POS systems available to jewelers.

Pros: Two big things stand out for us. First, customer service. Whenever we have an issue (which, with any POS, you're going to have issues) we can almost immediately get a response from their team. Often with a dedicated person and a phone call that solves our problem. Secondly, we have been able to take our business to the next level using their software. Our website is fully linked to the physical store, and we can check our full system from anywhere. I can be at home and make changes to our website or help employees with sales from home as well. Checking daily totals or showing people our entire lineup from anywhere has become a breeze. Really a great system that's miles easier to use than our previous.

Cons: We have had issues from time to time with it being a newer system, but even then, they have been very helpful in fixing the issues. So I won't hit them too hard for that

Alternatives Considered: SWIM
Reasons for Choosing Jewel360: Swim is a good POS but not made specifically for jewelry. Whereas Jewel360 is.
Switched From: The Edge
Reasons for Switching to Jewel360: Poor customer service and a dated system. Plus it always felt they were more interested in taking our money instead of making a better product worth purchasing. I also think holding their updates behind a paywall despicable. I get paying people to update your system, but why does it feel that you make your previous versions get slower and buggier? It's almost like the Edge makes previous versions so much worse, so that you're forced to pay for an update. Then you get the new update and go "what changed?" besides that it functions again. No new functions, poor customer service, and being extorted to buy the new updates makes for a poor overall experience that I do not want to go back to any time soon.
