Cons I wish there were more ways to cross-copy content across accounts. Some of the timing nuances within the automation structures can be enhanced. Nice product, but getting started with the new system is a bumpy ride. Pros Whenever I have had need to ask for help all staff are very friendly, personal, and helpful. They take suggestions seriously. Cons New system rolled out recently has been full of glitches. It has many features that seem to be improved, but some features that I used in the older version are not available, though I am told they will be. I am not a very tech savvy person and would have preferred that glitches be smoothed out before I was changed over to the new version (though I have been able to switch back to the old version and work in the new version is there, so I can toggle back and forth between the two, if needed). This is fantastic. Pros The templating system is by far the best feature. Building assets and templates in one area and then deploying them in a separate area. Snippets are my favorite part of Delivra, and it allows us to deploy things much faster than we would with any other ESP's. Cons The only thing we don't like is the fact that on the assets side, when sending out items for review, it doesn't keep track of who we sent them to and what time etc.. like the campaign side. March 22, 2023 5.0 Delivra has made it easier to reach our variable audiences with a front end user experience that guides you step-by-step through the campaign development process. As a newcomer to marketing emails, I've been slowly learning Best Practices along the way. Delivra also offers insights into the effectiveness of your communications, including click rates, etc. This data is an invaluable part of the process, as it helps us determine our impact and create realistic improvement goals for our campaigns. Delivra has proven to be an asset to our communication plans. Pros We've been using Delivra to coordinate email campaigns to different audiences. The user experience is seamless and step-by-step; even the site colors were chosen for ease of use and accessibility. More than that, however, is that anyone can create a successful campaign, whether you've had marketing experience or not -- there's support there to help you every step of the way! Cons I want to acknowledge that Delivra's customer service is built to support the client in every way, but I'd also like to learn how to solve more detailed issues as they arise myself. Being an expert in my area is important to me. The only improvement suggestion I can offer is to create more education materials for Delivra users on what some of the higher level errors mean and how to fix them for those that would want to take initiative. September 8, 2023 4.0 Our clients use email campaigns significantly to drive a significant amount of business to their website. Pros Delivra has lots of features and functionality and great customer service. Cons The UI is not very straightforward and is pretty clunky. API documentation is lacking and native integrations into popular apps are either hard to find or non-existant. Setting up something simple like a welcome email is a convoluted and overly complicated process that isn't really documented anywhere. Delivra is able to still get your messages out to your desired personas. Pros Delivra always ensured our messages were getting delivered without any hiccups. We saw great open/click rates when sending through the platform. Minimalist user interface helps to make things easy and avoid confusion. It certainly has grown since I started using it and I look forward to experiencing even more growth. If your in the data industry and you hear the word upgrade, 9 times out of 10 you cringe because you know you need to brace yourself from growing pains. This is not the case with Delivra. The upgrades are carefully tested before they are rolled out to ensure that you don't experience delays in your operations. Customer support is fantastic! Every time I have had to use them I get friendly, fast, quality service. Recently Delivra rolled out a Drag-and-drop editor which is worlds better than the HTML editor but it is still somewhat touchy. If you are concerned about the cost I can tell you that it is 100% worth it. Email communication is so crucial to a business's success in this day and age. Marketing Manager Publishing Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Amazing support, like an extension of my own team" January 13, 2017 5.0 Delivra helped us through a really difficult and incredibly fast transition from our last email service provider. The team answered every question, hopped on phone calls, and completed the data migration for us on time -- no easy feat in less than two months! I couldn't be happier with the support that I get from the Delivra team. They are always available to give insight, answer questions, and make suggestions to improve our email campaigns; at this point, they feel like an extension of our own team. Processes like list segmentation that used to take hours can now be completed in minutes because of the custom extension tables that Delivra created for us during implementation. Manual coding in Dreamweaver to make our campaigns mobile-friendly is now done automatically in the Drag-and-Drop editor. Our open rates are going up because split testing can be set up so easily. We're now becoming a well-oiled, email marketing machine. Thank you, Delivra! Pros The drag and drop editor, visualized segmentation, and the data reporting. Cons Oddly, the site itself doesn't seem to be mobile friendly, or at least the system is difficult to navigate if the web browser isn't full screen. Sometimes the Drag and Drop editor can be a little difficult in that you can't often move some elements around and you have to recreate them instead. For example, a row of buttons within a text box can't just be lifted out of the text box and made into its low row--it has to be completely recreated. My graphic designers have also told me that the interface isn't as Mac-friendly or clean as they'd like. These are all very small things, though.
