The template creator is very easy to use. I'm very happy with the final product with all the design features and I also love the analytics function to see the number of opens/clicks, etc. Cons Sometimes there are glitches in the system (things don't save correctly) and I occasionally have to ask a Marketing/Communications team member (who uses Delivra more regularly) to help me figure out how to do something. The software also does its job. Has some solid automation options and good functionality from a scheduling and segmentation perspective. Cons Their platform is pretty buggy, especially regarding HTML templates. I've had several emails break with my developers not really having any idea what they can do to resolve the issue. What I really like is the customized customer support for our account. Samantha is there when I have a question and she is quick to respond with a solution, and I have dealt with Lisa a lot in technical support who is very detailed and helpful in her assistance. I appreciate this most with Delivra Pros the customer support, the ease of importing contacts, the ease of creating mailings Cons the templates can be frustrating because the graphics don't always appear correctly when tested, and the undo function is a great idea however it doesn't undo my last action but rather since i last saved - this is a problem if i haven't saved it for a few minutes then i can't redo to at least get the rest of my work back. Anytime I have a question for Samantha she is always quick to respond and help out. I love the addition of the drag & drop editor. Being able to segment some of my lists is great too when we go through new customer acquisitions. Pros It's fairly easy to use, once you get a consistent template it's just simply switching out content. I also love the analytics, having them emailed to me is super helpful and reminds me to go in and check how our mailings are doing. Cons Sometimes the HTML coding gets a little wonky. Every time this has happened it's been affecting the font/spacing. Samantha is always helpful in getting it fixed before I have to send out my mailings. Review Source SC Scott C. The interface is super user friendly and allows us to create beautiful, engaging emails quickly and easily. The data we are able to collect through Delivra after every mailing allows us to make educated marketing decisions which is priceless. Their customer services is also of the highest quality. I would recommend Delivra to anyone looking for a new and effective email marketing service. Pros I love the user friendly interface and the excellent customer support that comes with it. Cons I do not have any real cons to talk about. I guess I would say to keep adding more features to the email builder so there are always new and different ways to create content. Once you learn the ins and outs of it, it's easy to use and train others to use. Some features in the UI are not always intuitive, but customer service is always super friendly and quick to help. We feel like our open rates are higher than with the previous platform. The usability takes more getting used to than I thought it would, but that said, the support from Delivera is very good. They design great, quality emails and are willing to adapt as needed. The only thing we would change is the transfer of information (names, emails) from our CRM to them. Overall, is a great software service that fills a gap in our email needs and allows us better data tracking information.
