I like the layout and the design specific for us. I like the ease of creating the email itself. The only thing that made me nervous was the actual emailing. With our membership changing on a sometimes daily basis, most times I will upload a new email/contact list. When I did this for the first time, I felt like I had no assurance that I did it right, and that it was going to actually send to everyone. I had to wait and see if it went out for when I scheduled it. So I would just suggest finding a way to make sure that new users are completely confirmed in everything that goes on.

Pros

The customer service is amazing with this company. They really helped us learn how to do each step so that we were able to do it on our own the next time. Patient Great to work with! The program itself is easy to understand with the help of the CS reps, and very helpful in teaching us where to put content and what links to include.

Cons

There are times when it can be very slow.

Overall I give Delivera a 4 star rating. I believe it's extremely reasonably priced and I've never had a bad experience with customer service. Truly the customer support is outstanding and so fast!

I recently made the decision to switch back to Delivra after leaving them about three years ago. I was very impressed with the upgrades they've made to their system. It's mobile friendly, easy to use and customer service is top notch. Although I've only be back for less than two months, I am extremely happy with their software. I would definitely recommend them to a similar size organization looking for a quality email service. I'm very happy to be back and I'm looking forward to an exciting future with Delivra.

Delivra has been a fantastic software to use. Having switched from a competitor, Delivra offers a much higher level functionality and better quality emails. Though there was a slight learning curve in becoming acclimated with the software, Delivra's client support staff has been second to none in helping train my organization on the use and functionality of their services, as well as answer any questions that we have in a timely fashion. I couldn't be more satisfied with our decision to switch to this software.

Still adjusting from using another platform for 4+ years, but excited to learn more in the process of utilizing Delivra as our email marketing platform.

No option to "undo" or "redo" during design. Unable to copy links. When moving text from one area of the email to another with copy/paste the formatting doesn't transfer just the plain text...very frustrating.

Pros

Very user-friendly and affordable. I love the free templates available, they make it way easier in the design aspect. The customization features are super helpful too!

Cons

Although this software is great, I am still a big advocate for MailChimp. With Delivra, the integration process and importing/exporting subscribers could be a little more robust.

We are a very small non-profit that was not using an email marketing platform until Delivra. They have a great customer support team which answers questions quickly. This system has helped us get the word out about Ovarian Awareness of Kentucky.

It's a little difficult to move from creating content to the actual mailing of the content.

We don't actually use it at my work but I checked it out a friends company and was impressed with how easy it was. She was also on with customer support at the time and they were incredible.

I would have loved to try it but they don't off a free trial so I will stick with what I have and know!

The company's performance has been flawless, resulting in our continued use year-after-year. On the few occasions we have had technical issues, Delivra has responded immediately, although such occasions have been very rare. I highly recommend this company.

I love that you can segment emails and that the analytics are so precise - you can even see who's forwarded your email!

Cons

The email templating is a little dated, but it's okay if you know a little bit of HTML. I had to hire somebody for that!

Unfortunately, we have not used Delivra to anywhere near its capacity, but anticipate future emails, surveys, product announcements using their platform

It was really easy to learn when I first started using it two years ago, and since then Delivra has made dozens of updates to make it even more user-friendly and dynamic. My mailings always look great and if I ever have a problem, Delivra is quick to respond with help.

The software has been updated several times during that time, and it's the best it's ever been, but I still feel like I would like more features. The customer service has always been really good, however, and that's every bit as important to me.

Customer support always responds to my emails in a timely manner and they are so professional. I'm unsure about the value for the money because I don't handle the billing. The updates to the drag and drop editor have been extremely helpful - especially the undo/redo functionality.

Pros

I only tested Delivra, switching to another service due to a small email list to save on costs. I really liked the interface though, albeit not being very modern, and I found it extremely easy to use. Will definitely consider switching back and giving it another chance.

Cons

If you want a modern startup-y interface, Delivra is a bit behind.

I enjoy using the product, but I have issues with the way contacts are set and how I cannot merge lists. Also wish the reporting was a little easier to read...feel like there's a million steps to get to what I am looking to see.
