かなりの件数の集計も、高速に集計することができます。

Cons

集計元のデータを定義する際、テーブル同士を結合する際の条件設定がやりずらいです。（複数フィールドの結合ができることはできるが、設定方法がわかりずらい）

決まったデータを決まった切り口で定期的に表示するような使い方であればよいが、様々な分析をしたい、切り口を変えてみたいというような場合には正直使いにくい印象。活用にはデータベースの知識もある程度必要になるので、管理者が継続的にフォローできるのであれば、見える化ツールとしては優秀です。

Pros

ブラウザからログインすれば簡単に目的のデータを好みの条件で検索し、Excelにダウンロードすることも可能なので、エンドユーザからの評判は悪くない。

Cons

tableauなどに比べると学習コストが高い印象。直感的にエンドユーザ側で自由に切り口を変えた分析をしたり、項目を追加したりするのは難しい部分が多いと感じる。結果的に管理者側で定義を作成・修正することになる為、なかなか手が離れない。
