Pros

It is simple and easy to use application. Installing it is also very simple. Its data handling is appreciable where data uploading is hassle free for the users. It is cost effective products and helps business to grow significantly.

Cons

As of now, not faced any issues and always love to use this. Though sometimes it requires good internet speed to work properly.

Outstanding experience. I have never had issues running this software and always had support from them if anything is broken.

Pros

Simple to use, mainly because it using Google Drive as the primary base platform which I have already know how to use the program. Managing signage content is easy and the process to sorting the content based on its categories is possible. Remote access from mobile phone make it very flexible to access and monitoring the digital signage operation.

Cons

Nothing much to dislike with this platform. It really does solve issues with slow uploading that I had with previous software. Things that I wish for this software is to extend the cloud storage with other software like Box or OneDrive.

Pros

Easy to manage digital signage remotely using Google Drive as the main content storage and to edit the screen display configuration. Quick display using the build-in template ensure the display size it correct with no display bleeding problem.

Cons

No option to run analytics report to know how well is the signage is working and effectiveness of the content. We need some report tools to know how we are doing with the digital signage.

It is very cost effective tools for managing remote cloud signage. One-off payment and no repetitive monthly subscription payment is needed. Easy access to the Google Drive to configuring the digital signage, quick upload speed and strong security with the content storage protection. Auto-updating content that changing the display content for every hour.

Cons

No offline operation. It need internet connection to display the content and the display will get interruption if the internet connection is missing. It would be very helpful if offline operation is supported and can keep displaying the last content repeatedly on the screen until the internet connection is restored.

Quite easy to use even for a novice user. No issues with technical difficulties or problem with the hardware not compatible with the software.

Pros

Saves the budget to running a digital signage and only pay for the hardware like screen or monitor. To save the content, it just use Google Drive as the primary cloud storage. Since Google Drive can be access from any devices, it require no stand alone terminal to use the software. The software isn't too advance that require technical knowledge or training session before utilizing it.

Cons

Restricted to basic operation and not much customization can be edit on the template. Need to follow the template to prevent problem like content display is not fitting the display bleeding and some of the picture isn't displayed correctly on the monitor.

So far Cloud Signage for Google Drive has exceeded my expectations. The platform will be very easy to use and allow you to have direct remote control(i.e. update content) of the screens only through Google Drive! I really like the seamless integration with Google Drive feature, as it makes working with images and video so much easier.

Pros

It works with Google Drive so that images and video clips can be easily incorporated. Versatility is gained through support for multiple languages. It is cost-effective, and the system can be easily understood, presenting a practical solution whereby one can make payments at once.

Cons

I really found nothing that I did not like about Cloud Signage for Google Drive. It did what I thought it would do, and it provided a very smooth and effective experience in managing digital signage.

Overall experience was up to mark because my google drive and this platform are already integrated with my Android device so whenever I need to do important discussions with my team I quickly upload the content on my drive and then broadcast it with the help of Cloud Signage for Google Drive. It saves me a lot of time and energy.

Pros

The app is basically used to display content that is uploaded on my google drive and the best part of Cloud Signage is that it supports all basic multimedia formats and creates a slide presentation with all the content which are uploaded in it from Google Drive and also works fine in android devices and can be accessed from anywhere.

Cons

The main challenge which I face while using Cloud Signage for Google Drive is compatibility which is only possible with Google Drive and not with any other drives which makes me unable to use it as a presentation platform whenever I need to import content from different platforms.
