It would be appreciated that your highly trained people will do the template for ease in use. Pros It provides real time review of bank transactions. Loan Management is one of its best features. It took the company 6 months to “go live” and was fully operational after a year. Cons It would be best if Ropa Administration is integrated. Also, in terms of compliance with regulatory agencies, it would be best if Oradian already prepare a template for the financial institution especially accounting reports for ease of compliance. Lastly, it is costly. Reasons for choosing Oradian Oradian was at the right place on a right timing. Pros The opportunity given to the Credit Officers to capture clients' data directly from the field using the android phone for me is something that really stood out for me (EFOA). Instaffin does not require a high level of education for one to use it. When the software was integrated with DEC's existing business process, it took some time but was not difficult. Cons The Software appears to be costly because of the continuous devaluation of the Naira.
