Avant cela j'utilisais uniquement l'envoi d'une newsletter pour informer mes clients des évènements, du programme d'animations ou des changements d'horaires par exemple. Je me rendais bien compte que cette méthode n'était pas optimale, mail non lus, rédaction du mail longue, etc. Avec l'envoi de SMS, honnêtement, tout cela a changé. Communication plus percutante, l'information arrive directement dans la poche de mes clients.Je m'en sers pour leur annoncer par exemple un atelier/une rencontre, mais également pour faire un petit rappel de cet évènement la veille. Pros La plateforme est très facile en terme de prise en main, l'interface est claire, l'utilisation intuitive.Je trouve cela peu coûteux.Je trouve que le SMS a un impact positif sur ma clientèle là où les nombreux mails qui s'accumulent peuvent agacer des clients.Suivre les statistiques selon les campagnes d'envois.Réactivité du service client.Envoi unitaire possible.
