We have a very good experionce with Pillar. The war in the ukraine makes it sometimes difficult for our team members there to connect on time for meetings. But overall they produce good value for money.

Pros

The recruitement proces was very transparent and easy to follow.

Cons

With our first selected candidate, in the beginning it was not clear how the onboarding in our company should proceed. After a short call, everything was clear.

I solved the issue of hiring process and build a professional services, support,qa teams with help of pillar . Also saved about 35% of human resources using pillar

Pros

Pillar is very supportive and find solutions out of the box. All corporation is very transparent no black box's.

Cons

I personally don't find any cons. I'm really happy to work with Pillar.
