Our realtors love the results and the automation. Adwerx also listens to our feedback and works to make developmental changes for us. In Real Estate, I wouldn't say the results go beyond agent/brokerage exposure and branding. I would love the addition of more advanced statistics. Pros Relative Ease of Use Motion Advertisement addition Ability to log into client accounts as the administrator - The Enterprise Dashboard The addition of targeting a specific area radius Cons Not enough analytics. There should be more than Clicks and Views. I would love the addition of demographics, specific area views and clicks, specific websites the ads are displayed on. I'm not the biggest fan of going away from our company representative and implementing the "Premier Support." I believe both should be provided. Owner/Broker Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Worthless " October 18, 2023 1.0 To keep it simple it was a nightmare to work with them. Pros Nothing. The reps are great salesmen but not good at follow up. Cons Where to start? They put my card on an auto pay without my authorization after 11 of 12 payments on my contract. I am now working with my bank to block them after seeing other reviews of them charging after the contract was complete. One review on here shows they refunded 1 payment out of multiple they collected. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and I had told the rep that I was glad our campaign was coming to an end to be able to keep extra money in our accounts just in case the medical bills were high. The rep never said that I needed to hurry up to cancel our campaign with it having an auto renew for the same contract length that we were currently in. Unfortunately the original contract was a year and when I asked her about the auto-renew once it renewed I was told if I didn't pay it we would face collections and our credit would be hit with going against a contract. This was also coupled with months of multiple emails before our original year contract ending of us complaint that adwerx did not bring any clients or value to our company. We are now two years in with this worthless company equalling $32400. If you ask them why you haven't received 1 lead they will tell you that they are not a lead company but a brand recognition company. At $32400 in brand recognition your money is wasted if you don't receive calls. Next after being held captive by adwerx for an additional 12 months I have requested calls from their legal department with no resp Reason for choosing Adwerx They talked a big game and the multiple campaigns that were offered sounded great. We love the partnership we have with Adwerx, the agents really like the product and it looks really impressive to sellers. Pros It is hands down the EASIEST program to teach to agents. I can teach any one of my agents, regardless of their tech skills how to do a listing ad, add weeks or add a seller email. Our rep is also a HUGE part of our success. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is so responsive and on top of any question my agents (or myself) have that it makes it super easy to bolster confidence and see the value add with this product. Cons Adwerx is pretty pricey. It took us a while to adopt the platform originally due to the cost. I'd also love to see some updated template designs/styles that look a little sleeker. Whether an agent is a novice or expert with digital advertising, Adwerx is a simple system that puts advertising power in the agent's hands without being intimidating. It has made digital advertising much more accessible for our brokerage. Cons Adwerx is the tool in our tech stack we have the least issues with and some of the best support. We honestly haven't had any major critiques of the program, and any minor glitches were quickly resolved. Adwerx has been a great tool for our Brokers to leverage when they need a little extra marketing on their listings. The features are easy to use and the analytics are helpful to engage with clients. Special shout out to our account manager who has gone above and beyond every time with every request. Pros This product is easy to use - the user interface is streamlined and intuitive. Cons As a designer, I found the limited template options a little frustrating. I think companies WOULD pay a small amount for minor customization, but I felt the off-the-shelf templates were too limited, and fully customized templates were unaffordable. Still, overall - the product FUNCTIONS really well and the designs, while not award-winning, were sufficient.
