This platform has efficient speech recognition systems that can transcribe speech to based on user commands. It is easy to use and setup in an organization. My team can easily set reliable communication channels between the company and our potential customers.

I'm highly satisfied with the features and functions of LumenVox Speech Recognition Engine. It benefits me a lot in my daily routine, it reduces my training preparation time, documentation time, and policies reading time. The customer support team is so instant and really helpful at needy.

Pros

I surely say that the best about LumenVox Speech Recognition Engine is its accuracy rate. It helps me a lot in creating my sales pitch and documenting it. It catches each and every words clearly including the auto punctuation, and suprise us with the output. I also use this LumenVox ASR to hear audio notes, it accurately convert the documents to high quality audio notes.

Cons

There is nothing to say like disadvantage about LumenVox, the only factor I consider as a downside of LumenVox is it's cost, but that too is on my company's account, so undoubetly it is the best ASR tool since my employment.
