## What is F-Chair+?

F-Chair+ enables Japan-based personnel to report or leave work and select their work location with a single click. The PC recording function automatically records employees' screens when they start working, allowing administrators to monitor their time input. The software allows staff members to check the work location information, and supervisors can track personnel movements during their assigned shifts. It also aggregates the daily, weekly, and monthly working hours, displays the information in timelines and graphs, and lets admins download the data in CSV format. Companies can create daily reports, and individuals can receive alerts when they work overtime.

業務委託者の勤怠管理のために導入しましたが、利用者・管理者ともに利用のしやすさと管理のしやすさに満足しています。

Pros

作業中の画面をキャプチャ撮影できることです。業務委託の勤務者の作業内容を監視し、きちんと業務を行っていることが確認できることで、双方気持ちよく業務時間管理ができています。

Cons

管理者と利用者で、アプリケーション上どのように見た目が違うのか、編集機能はどこまで可能なのかがマニュアルではわかりにくく、いまだに理解していない。

全体的には満足しています。 システム担当者としては、データのエクスポートが月毎な点を、日を指定してエクスポートできると良いと感じました。 また、エクスポート後のデータの文字コードがＵＴＦ－８なので、ＳＨＩＦＴ－ＪＩＳだとなお良いと感じます。 ※社内で作成した集計ツールを使っているため。

Pros

弊社では、リモートワーク時の勤怠管理に利用しています。 ランダムな画面キャプチャで、社員の勤務状況を把握できる点が良いと感じました。 また、画面キャプチャは解像度を調整できますので、プライバシーにも配慮されている点も良いと感じます。 クライアント側の操作もいたってシンプルで、バージョンアップにより、着席・退席の操作もしやすくなっただけでなく、視認性も良くなりました。

Cons

ブラウザにて着席・退席の切替も可能なため、画面キャプチャをとられたくない場合の抜け道となる点は改善が必要だと感じました。 操作性や利便性を考えたときに、ブラウザから操作できる点はメリットにもなるので、難しいところかと思います。 在席時間の変更や残業について、ユーザー側で変更できるではなく、マネージャー権限を持つユーザーでの承認制にもできるようになるとよいのではないかと感じました。

テレワーク時の比較的自由な働き方の時間管理にも機能するため、必須のものとなっている。

Pros

デスクトップ画面がランダムにキャプチャされ、上司が確認できること。遠隔地でのテレワークであっても、業務に緊張感がもたらされ、また業務を行っていることの証明ともなり、信頼感の維持につながる。

Cons

一度に大量人数の一覧を出そうとするとき、少々動作が重くなり時間を要する。

テレワーク開始時に社員の業務を管理する為、導入しました。 誰でも利用しやすいシンプルな画面表示なので、社員からも好評でした。 導入時に年配の社員が上手く使用開始できるか不安でしたが、トラブルもなく大丈夫でした。

Pros

画面が見やすく、シンプルでわかりやすいです。 管理画面も説明がわかりやすく何方でもすぐ導入できると思います。

Cons

1年以上利用していますが、現時点で不満に感じた点はありません。

価格帯がリーズナブルで、かつ非常に使いやすい。

Pros

リアルタイムで、スタッフのコンピュータの画面のスクリーンショットが保存されてモニタリングが可能な点。

Cons

データ編集ができなくなる設定を一括でチェックできるようにしてほしい。現在は、1日1日、一人ごとに、編集不可のボタンをクリックしなくては行けなくて、手間がかかる。

他の勤怠管理システムでは、ただ「着席」「退席」の時間を管理できるだけなものが多く、リアルタイムで、スタッフが実際にコンピューターで見ている画面がスクリーンショットで保存される機能が非常に評価が高い。

Pros

画面のキャプチャを行うことにより、労使ともに画面キャプチャが見えるため、余計な残業の軽減や評価時の合意形成に利用することができます。小さいお子様のいる女性従業員もしっかり自身の働いている状況を自動で伝えられ、評価されるため安心して働けるとの意見もありました。製品改善のロードマップは明かされていませんが、有用な機能追加がたびたびあり引き続き利用しようと思っています。

Cons

グラフィックドライバなどとの相性があり複数モニタの撮影ができない不具合があります これらを改善するための切り分け方法や明確な改善点の提示、サポート側での検証対応などをおこなってもらえず、サポートに不安があります。現状も改善しないため今後のアップデートに期待しています。
