Dans l’ensemble, mon expérience avec Vome Volunteer est positive. C’est un logiciel efficace pour structurer les opérations liées aux bénévoles, améliorer l’organisation interne et simplifier la coordination au quotidien.

Pros

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la simplicité d’utilisation, la gestion des horaires, le suivi des heures et les outils de communication. Plusieurs utilisateurs soulignent aussi les gains de temps, la réduction des tâches administratives et la facilité d’intégration dans les équipes.

Cons

Les points moins appréciés concernent surtout certaines limites de personnalisation, quelques difficultés lors de modifications de calendrier et, pour certains utilisateurs, des problèmes ponctuels de stabilité ou de support sur l’application mobile

As a volunteer engagement consultant, I am often asked about different volunteer management software systems. Vome is one that I highly recommend. It is user-friendly, flexible and has a lot of functionality. The support team is amazing; personal and responsive and always willing to deal with any challenges or training needs that you may have. For my Canadian clients the fact that it’s a Canadian company and all data is stored here weighs heavily in Vome’s favour, and my US clients love the high level of their data security. Although there are several hundred volunteer management software systems out there, there are only a handful that really stand out. Vome is in that top tier, and is, I believe, the most economical of that level. Whether you are a small organisation with a small volunteer team, or a national organisation with hundreds or thousands, if you are looking for a new system I strongly suggest you check out Vome.

Pros

I love the fact that it's easy to use, has amazing functionality, and how economical it is for what you get. It is a program that I highly recommend to my clients.

Cons

It's nit-picky, but the one area where there is room for improvement is in their help articles. The ones that are there are great, but there are gaps, especially on the admin side. The live training, however is fantastic!

Vome has been a great resource for us! We’ve been through so many websites, but Vome has so far been the only one that reaches the often strange needs we come across.

Pros

Vome has been a game changer for us! We are pretty unique in the way we utilize 2000+ volunteers a year and Vome has been the only site I’ve come across that is this flexible and meets our budget needs. The automation has been a huge time saver. They’ve been updating left and right and keep adding valuable tools!!

Cons

The site is newer and so some times there has been some tech glitches. The site is also too flexible sometimes and there’s multiple ways to use the site which can be confusing.

Overall, my experience with Vome Volunteer has been very positive. It has significantly improved how we manage volunteer applications and communication, helping us stay organized and operate more efficiently. I highly recommend VOME to all my colleagues in other organizations.

Pros

I really appreciate that volunteers can book their own shifts based on their availability. It gives them flexibility and reduces back-and-forth communication. The platform also streamlines the volunteer application and recruitment process, making it much easier to manage and stay organized.

Cons

I would love to see a step-by-step onboarding guide with short tutorial videos. Having the ability to explore the platform independently, without worrying about making mistakes, would make the learning process smoother and more user-friendly.

Vome has helped us manage our current volunteer operations cutting down the administrative work down considerably and providing our volunteers with an easy to use app so they could manage their own schedules/training. Thanks to the platform we are in a place where we can focus on growing our volunteer base instead of just managing the day to day. The onboarding and support has been stellar. They are quick to respond and open to feedback - it’s been a pleasure working with the Vome team.

Pros

Ease of use, orientation/training features, scheduling and reporting and how responsive they are with any support needed.

Cons

Less technically included users struggle using the app at first but this is easily addressed with a side by side demo.

The customer service provided by the Vome team is exceptional. All emails and inquiries are answered quickly and with detail. Interactions with the team always result in helpful information and steps to success.

Pros

The main reason we looked for volunteer management software was to offer the flexibility for our volunteers to schedule and change shifts on their own. Vome allows this with ease, and is quite user friendly for most of our volunteers and has created efficiency for our Volunteer Manager.

Cons

For recruiting, we find it can be a barrier for potential volunteers to have to create an account in order to even apply for a role. We are still working through this and not using the recruiting or onboarding features at this time.

Experience has been incredibly positive. There are many tools, features, and supports for integration and maintenance (job aids, FAQs, and customer support).

Pros

Very easy to use and navigate; it is intuitive, visually appealing, and has great features - both for administrators and users. Vome support is helpful, responsive, and effective. Communication and tracking features make the program a great tool for our uses and needs.

Cons

I have not found anything I dislike. The only minor critique is the occasional small bugs with the app, but they are minimal and quickly resolved.

Globalement, j'aime beaucoup Vome. Un autre OSBL me l'avait recommandé et personnellement, je le recommande aussi. Généralement facile à comprendre et à modifier. En plus d'avoir un très bon service à la clientèle, ce qui selon moi, est aussi important que le logiciel lui-même.

Pros

Super service à la clientèle! Lorsque j'ai une problématique, l'équipe me répond rapidement et cherche des solutions à nos problèmes. suite à certains commentaires, ils ont même mis à jour leur logiciel afin d'être plus efficace.

Cons

L'horaire. Je trouve qu'elle est difficile à naviguer. Une fois que nous connaissons la marche à suivre ça va bien, mais ça aurait besoin d'être améliorer.

Our overall experience with Vome has been excellent! The onboarding process, including the free trial allowed us to test out the platform before full committing. Since we have implemented Vome, we have benefited from account reviews with Ron and have received excellent assistance from the support team. I would recommend Vome to any not for profit looking to streamline and automate their volunteer program.

Pros

Vome is user friendly and has been easy to implement within our organization - the platform has allowed us to transition away from manual tracking, saving time and resources. The support team is responsive, helpful, and always working to add additional features that are commonly requested by organizations.

Cons

To date there has not been any function or issue we've experienced with Vome that we could not troubleshoot or receive support for - no complaints.

Pros

We’ve been using this volunteer management system for a while now, and it has exceeded our expectations in every way. The platform itself is intuitive, easy to navigate, and has streamlined the way we organise, schedule, and communicate with our volunteers. What really sets this system apart, however, is the outstanding customer care. Highly recommend to any organization that values both great tools and outstanding service.

Cons

Some features took a little time to learn and still exploring different areas of the system. No major drawbacks so far — any small issues were quickly resolved by support.
