"Fantastic Customer Service & Helpful Team"

**Overall:** My overall experience with VOME has been mostly positive. The team like I mentioned above is wonderful.

**Pros:** Our organization as been using VOME for a year. Some things that we love is the customer service support as well as the team as a whole being extremely helpful and fantastic with our needs. We have also enjoyed the updated look and ease of use for the majority of the features.

**Cons:** Due to this being a newer product, there are still some features that are getting worked out and updated throughout the year. Our organization in particular is having a difficult time with the accuracy of volunteers schedules and logging their hours as they are not all coming to one location and are spread out in many locations and platforms.
