I learn new things as the system is much more intricate as I was first led to believe, but usually they are all for the better and I do actually enjoy using the system. Pros Once you get it down, it is really easy to use and get the hang of with guidance. Also that you don't have to individually enter in all of the information once you have once it's saved. Cons You can't self train. You have to have someone show you the in's and out's and how to's. I used it for driver settlement and billing purposes. I have 13 years experience overall in that capacity using many programs. TMW would fall in the middle for me out of all of those. It was good but not fancy. Pros I found this software quite easy to use. The interface was very clean and organized. Everything was self explanatory and not confusing. You could find what you were looking for without digging forever so training someone on this was super simple. Cons This didn’t integrate with our accounting software that we were using at that time (Factor and Ascend) so I had to re-key all of my data for billing.
