This tool has allowed us to capture that data once and then re-engage on projects when the timing is right for changes. Game changer as far as maintaining awareness of equipment within a facility over time. Pros The ability to customize this product is a high point for me. Each facility is unique, each company is unique and the ability to adapt to those needs is critical. Cons Specific reports or data presentation methods were missing early on. However, customer support has been outstanding and what was once missing has been added.
