Cons

Todo funciona, solo es cuestión de aprender y acostumbrarse. Sin embargo hay mejoras que vienen en camino.

la web no está adaptada a telefonos moviles y eso facilitaría el checkout, no se puede usar la app con cuentas con acceso de gerente

Todos los problemas que teníamos en el pasado están resueltos con este software. Pensado para pequeñas o grandes empresas!

Pros

Porque puedo tener todo en una sola plataforma: flota, móviles, cuadrante, fichaje, etc. sin necesidad de hojas de Excel. Te genera el cuadrante de horarios dependiendo de las características de cada empleado ya sea un empleado a tiempo parcial o tiempo completo, esto lo estaba buscando en otros software y ninguno lo tiene, te hace el trabajo mas fácil y ameno.

Cons

Solo recomendaría, que al final del mes generase un cuadrante (como el de la programación) pero solo con las ausencias, bajas medicas y vacaciones para así poder descontar los días que ha faltado, se que aparece en el programa pero no en forma de cuadrante. Y esperamos con ansias las actualizaciones de las vacaciones y adelantos de nomina, que los empleados puedan solicitarlos por su app

Había probado otros software pero ninguno como R-SAMi que esta pensado para los que trabajamos en el área de logistica y transporte. Lo recomiendo 100%

En general buena, poco a poco como dije en el título ire manejandolo con mas facilidad

Pros

Que tienes mas control sobre todo y cada detalle e información esta incluido en un solo sitio, no tenemos que estar revisando tantos excel o sitios de información.

Cons

Que no tiene filtros y es complicado saber cuando alguien falta por que se mueve todo el horario solo.

Ahora mismo teniendo otros software obligados para fichajes no es algo necesario a no ser que el cuadrante empiece a cubrir nuestras necesidades

La facilidad de tratar con el equipo y la fácil implementación

El cuadrante!!! Tenemos mucha esperanzan en este punto, pero no cubre las expectativas

Es bastante util, pero tenemos muchos problemas con la programacion de los horarios como comente anteriormente. Ideal es poder desactivar o activar la funcion de hacer un horario automatico.

Pros

Que los DA's son los encargados de su fichaje y que pueden ver solo sus horarios, sin necesidad de saber el de los demas.

Cons

La programacion de Horarios, bastante util pero con muchos defectos. No deja filtrar las personas que trabajan en un dia, luego cuando quieres cambiar un dia a un DA de los que esta mas abajo, se presta a confucion ya que si no sigues bien la linea hasta abajo, no sabes que dia estas tocando. Nos ha costado mucho entender el funcionamiento de las horas de R sami. Ya que nos pone a un DA trabajando 1 dia y otro 5 dias y es dificil llevar un control de dias trabajados por cada repartidor. Seria ideal, que cada empresa pueda elegir entre o llevar el control por Horas o por Dias de trabajo y no solo por horas. Por otro lado, nos ocurre con frecuencia, que si quiero cambiar a X por Y un dia, se hace el cambio pero luego tambien cambia a A por B cuando ese cambio no lo queria hacer. Dificulta la visibilidad de los fines de semana

Creemos en el prducto, y que mejorara muchos problemas de fichaje, horarios y profesionalismo dentro de la empresa. Al igual un control bastante bueno de las furgonetas.

Automatización de horarios, privacidad de los empleados y facilidades con el control de los recursos que se prestan.

Pros

Automatizar los procesos de la empresa y disminuir el margen de error humano.

Cons

Como esta en una fase joven, todavía faltan funcionalidades por implementar por lo que seguimos utilizando nuestro sistema antiguo al mismo tiempo que R-Sami, trabajando doble en varias tareas, pero se sabe que en el futuro cercano esto cambiará.

En general muy bien, con algunos fallos que espero se puedan solucionar lo antes posible y con ganas ya de poder utilizar el sistema operativo completo

Pros

La integración de muchas tareas en un solo lugar al igual que la app móvil para los repartidores

Cons

La programación de horarios presenta fallos a la hora de hacer cambios manuales. Nos cambia la programación y tenemos que abrir dos ventanas con la info para comprobar. Esto no me genera mucha seguridad.
