太陽光のみ設置の顧客についてはエネがえる無しでも充分営業可能だったが、太陽光＋蓄電池導入の顧客増加や、小売り電力自由化により電灯プランが増加したことで、導入メリットを数値提案することが困難になった。エネがえるテンプレートやデータ化された数値で導入メリットを伝えることにより太陽光の複合プランでの契約率が大幅にアップした。

Pros

全国各地の小売電気料金体系と太陽光発電シミュレーション数値、家庭での使用電力量から太陽光発電設置数量別のメリットや蓄電池と組み合わせた際の導入メリットが数値で表現できること。特に小売電気プランの選択においては、面倒な計算不要で最もお得なプランが選定できる。

Cons

蓄電池の詳細設定で充放電時刻を記入してシミュレーションしているが、お客様の居住地区、使用電灯プラン、太陽光シミュレーション数値、使用電力量は入力済なので、蓄電池容量の使用率のみ入力すれば、充放電時刻を記入しなくても最も節電できる充放電時刻帯を自動計算してデータ化してくれるようになればさらに効率的にシミュレーションが可能と思う。

総合的には満足しております。

Pros

太陽光と蓄電池のセットで導入検討されているお客様に対して電気代の削減効果を明確に見せる事が出来る点

Cons

PDFなどで出力される診断レポートの表紙の内容で、太陽光のkW数など入力しているにも関わらず表紙に太陽光のkWが表記されない現象を改善して欲しい。また棒グラフに採用されている色、特に自家消費に採用されている色がわかりずらいので別の色の赤などに変更して欲しい。

使っていなかった時と比べて成約率がかなり向上しましたので、これが無いと提案が出来ない位結構な頻度を利用させていただいております。

Pros

グラフ化して見せる提案が出来るのでお客様に対して非常に分かりやすいシートになって使いやすいです。

Cons

蓄電池単独の提案などでは、卒ＦＩＴまで１年単位でのシミュレーションになりますが、半月など数ヶ月などの細かいシミュレーションも使えるようにして欲しい。

感覚的に入力ができて結果のレスポンスも早くてとても使いやすい。

Pros

簡単に感覚的に入力できてシュミレーション結果もスピーディーにでて来る事

Cons

太陽光の売電量を入力する場合が12月全て入力しないとシュミレーションできないのが辛い。月々の電気量は12ヶ月分はデータあるけど売電量はある月分しかわからなくても年間の発電量から類推してシュミレーションがでればうれしい。

システムなし、fit期間中、fit後とそれぞれの電気の使い方、1ヶ月のシミュレーションと削減額が細かな数字で出る為、リアリティがあり、システムを取り入れなかった場合と取り入れた場合の比較がしやすくお客様にも伝えやすい。

Pros

システムを取り入れた場合の光熱費の実質削減額が一目で分かる点。グラフもあり、初心者の方から見てもお得感が印象に残ると感じる。

Cons

電気料金上昇率の基準（〇年〇月現時点では〇％）などがあると、お客様にも伝えやすい。

改善点はまだまだあるかと思いますが、頻繁にアップデートされていてユーザーの声も聞いてくださるので、今後より使用しやすくなることを期待しています。

Pros

シミュレーションが簡単に作れる点が最も優れています。また、チャットで国際航業の担当者に直接問い合わせができ返信もその日中にいただけることが多いです。

Cons

時間帯によって電力単価が異なるプランの場合に電力使用量と電気代が大幅にずれたりなど、実態と合っていない場合がある点。多少操作が複雑になっても家に合わせて昼夜の使用電力の割合を調整出来たりと機能が増えればカバーできると思うのですが。また、どこかの設定を変えた時に大幅に経済効果が変わったりする場合にどういう理由でその数字になるのかが分からないことがあるので、お客様に説明するためにも、その数字になる根拠をもっと分かるようにしてもらえるとありがたいです。
