Using it for 13+ years while integrating with Kareo Desktop. It is easy to learn and to train a new hire in the system.

Pros

Easy to use and easy to train new employees. Simple and straight forward and very reliable. No fancy bells and whistles.

Cons

The fact that it used to be free and now the price is much higher. The program is not as intuitive with lists and reports.

Our overall experience is positive, aside from issues with the help desk being not very responsive at all.

Pros

I enjoy how they continually make upgrades to make the platform compatible with the ever-changing healthcare system.

Cons

I don't like how you cannot go back and edit a message once you send it to a fellow employee in Practice Fusion. And also think about their help portal is not very helpful.

I have used practice fusion for many years and have had a great experience. The customer support is fantastic and they have a great product.

Pros

Practice Fusion is a great EHR system. They are a simple easy to learn program that can do everything that you need.

Cons

The biggest flaw is not being able to set diagnosis codes as inactive - they allow for billing of codes that are not right / left specific

As an admin in a clinical setting, Practice Fusion is cool when it comes to clinical record task like patient charts, clinical notes and e-prescribing but when it comes to administrative task like billing and scheduling i will have to use other product alongside it which does not make working with this particular EMR software favourable for me.

Pros

I like the fact that Practice Fusion center on clinical data like patient medical records, doses, medication list,e-prescribing, and charting. And it's use in small to medium sized medical settings. Because it's a cloud based EMR opening patient chart on screens loads fairly quickly and running basic task doesn't lag. But if internet connectivity is not strong enough it tend to slow down when loading patient chart.

Cons

Its does not focus on administrative operations such as billing and scheduling like other Electronic Medical Records.

Very good. For a while when it was free i thought it would would be the leader in EHR for it's accessibility

Pros

It's so easy. It's essentially the 1st EHR I used. The text fields are spacious, the boxes to check are good sizes too

Cons

It was free for a while with advertisement banners which i didn't mind. Later there were fees to use, which disheartened my employers

It is the most comprehensive medical EHR on the market. We were involved with Practice Fusion for over 15 years, and it is tailor-made for Pediatrics in all factors, including vaccine inventory tracking and reporting.

Pros

It is structured in SOAP form for easy documentation and scheduling, and produced useful reports to meet government required reporting.

Cons

The glitches in updates were challenging at times, but they all worked out over time. It is by far the least complicated EHR on the market.

Great tool that is user intuitive so we are able to get new team members up and running quickly with minimal hands on training required.

Pros

Poor communication: Unresponsive, inconsistent, unclear, misleading, and unprofessional.

Pros

Unfortunately, I never got to use the feature that I needed. I cannot speak to any Pros for this reason.

Cons

I signed up for Practice Fusion's 14-day free trial intending to use their ePrescribe feature. I submitted my license verification form on day one, but didn't receive a response until after the trial ended--only then was I informed that ePrescribe is not included in the trial. I was told to restart the process and was assured it would be expedited. Days passed with no update. When I followed up, I was instructed to submit a notarized letter and supporting documents, which I prepared at my own expense. The day before my scheduled notary appointment, I was abruptly informed that my account had been deactivated for being "fraudulent," with no prior notice or explanation. This experience cost me time, money, and delayed other parts of launching my practice. I do not recommend this company.
