It has some bugs and it's a bit clunky at times but the new people who own it are making a good difference. Pros You will never not find a spot to put your information. The ability to see past appointments is great. I also enjoy the pin function so we can keep up with important info there. Cons It asks too much. If you are familiar with Electronic Health Records, you can use this product. Sales Medical Devices Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Good, but only for certain practices" April 2, 2021 5.0 This was a decent time ago when I used it when I worked for a chain of male health clinics, but we used the free version and it did what we needed to. We mainly used it as a document holder, with the patient's basic information in the actual system, along with notes about follow up visits and such. Pros It seemed like it had a place for everything. You were not limited to only check boxes, you could free write a lot, and upload documents, if what the program had wasn't quite what you wanted. Cons We worked for a male health clinic, and it definitely was geared more towards a regular doctors office right out of the box. It took a lot of work to get it to flow with our business. Customer service is pretty good. It is compatible with updox. Cons It takes a million steps to accomplish a small goal. No ability to use quixx to chart thus everything must be typed out. Great software. no complication in use . initial follow up with customer services is very effective and there will make sure uu are up and running well Cons May take long to talk to a customer service person. ICD-10 conversion works very well and effortlessly. The cost is free which is great for new practitioners. There's online forms you can create for new patients to complete before their visit which can automatically integrate into your note. Cons Some reminders are not applicable to my profession and there is no way to turn those reminders off. Also, I have a person who used to be involved in the company who doesn't work here anymore and there is no way to take them out of the system. Their name stays in the way when scheduling appointments, assigning tasks, and even checking your schedule. I checked with practice fusion and they don't have a solution for it. It seems like an basic and easy fix to remove a user, but it's just not possible. Review Source VM Vicky M. Pros I didn't use it for much more than reference since we did the billing out of another system. The dr office used this for scheduling. Cons I had limited experience, so I am not sure. It also has great customer service! Cons It is a basic soap note format that requires manual typing. Yes you can save templates but their are no buttons or anything to make it quicker. It can take the physician awhile to type notes. Also for you staff to enter information on the soap note they have to be added as a N.P. or a physician. Imported information is not available and inputting the lab information is time-consuming. Pros Printing off information is easy and organized Cons Searching for information is not as easy as it should be nor identifying it in the program itself. The fact that it's no cost is a plus. For the record, I would probably pay $100 per month or more to use this. I'm on it 6 days a week, from the office and from home. Cons I find that chart opening and page changes are a tad slower than I'd like them to be. VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CAN CREATE YOUR OWN TEMPLATE AS YOUR SPECIAL NEED, USE OR ACTUALIZE THE TEMPLATES ALREADY PUBLISHED. Pros IMPORTANT THAT WE DON'T NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE SERVICE, THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER PEERS PARTICIPATING ON THE PROGRAM AND WE WILL SHARE SOME INFORMATION. PATIENT CAN RECEIVE THE APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION DIRECTLY FROM THE PROGRAM. Cons PROBABLY THE FACT THAT IN PUERTO RICO WE DON'T HAVE TOO MUCH SUPPORT IN SPANISH, BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY ONE GROUP PREPARED IN THE SERVICE, AND THEY USE TO BE SO BUSY TO RESPOND FAST. IT IS NOT A MAJOR CONCERN MOSTLY BECAUSE WHEN WE CHAT DIRECTLY WITH PERSONNEL IN PRACTICE FUSION, THEY RESPOND FAST.
