We had no problem keeping up with the data entry as we gave 40 injections. Only con is not having a running total of remaining injections without going into the immunizations and looking at them. I looked into this EHR 2 years ago but decided to go with a different EHR and another one which was a terrible mistake . The fact that it is free is helpful with keeping costs low in my new practice. Custom templates are easy to create. Cons Tutorials are good but there are only a few. Cons It would be nice to have a little more flow, or a psychiatry-specific database that is usable.
