### "LogMeIn: Must have remote support"

Pros

The implementation was seamless. Customer service and support was very attentive throughout the entire process.

Cons

LogMeIn integrates into our helpdesk system which is a huge plus. Because of this, there isn't anything that it's missing for our needs.

### "Best way to get help when you need it ."

Wonderful, i'm able to gain support and hand over the reins to them when i don't know what to do.

Pros

I like that i can grant access to support to help me adjust transactions i otherwise might not be able to fix.

Cons

I wish there weren't as many prompts to connect but it is what it is and provides security.
