Positive, smooth experience. I'm glad we made the switch! I look forward to Cove's continual improvement and innovation for the Cove platform. We appreciate their receptiveness to feedback.

Pros

Our agents with Cove have been super helpful and responsive. They have made the transition from our old platform to Cove, simple and smooth. Our tenants and maintenance staff find the product user friendly. Cove's ability to integrate with Yardi is a huge time saver on billable work orders.

Cons

We hope for the directories feature to be available for vendors, just like Angus has. This is helpful because when you are managing a portfolio of properties. All properties may not use the same landscaper, fire company etc. Having their contact information at our fingertips in the app makes our job easier and faster when contacting our vendors, especially in the event of an emergency. We also hope for an "all building" or "all property" announcement to be available soon, as it was in Angus. This way, instead of sending an announcement for every single property, i.e. "Management, maintenance and cleaning will be closed on Christmas Day", we can send one memo, which makes our job easier and faster. The ultimate benefit of a well-designed work order platform is the efficiency it can help the office and maintenance staff achieve, which ultimately translates into better service and happier tenants!

Cove is an effective platform for general tenant communication and work order management. However, there is an opportunity to enhance its visual appeal and improve usability by introducing a more streamlined, intuitive, and engaging interface for tenants.

Pros

Excellent customer service and a highly reliable platform. The experience is smooth with minimal bugs or issues, making it easy and dependable to use.

Cons

I’d love to see reservation management and work order processes become more streamlined, visually appealing, and intuitive for users.

Overall, everything has ran smoothly, from the transition, to the launch for tenants, training, communication. So far so good.

Pros

The tenant facing and operations portions of the app. Very user friendly. The account managers are extremely helpful.

Cons

There are still some features we would like integrated but are just not available. Example: When reserving an amenity for multiple days, you have to enter each day separately, as opposed to making one reservation for all days. that's what comes to mind at the moment.

The Cove app has been an invaluable resource for our property. It consolidates everything we need—property management, work orders, tenant engagement, forms, etc. into one platform. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making daily operations smoother and more efficient. Compared to our previous app, which was outdated and limited to basic requests, Cove has dramatically improved our workflow. It’s saved our team so much time—we only wish we had made the switch sooner!

Pros

Cove offers a wide range of features and can be tailored to meet your unique requirements, whether you're managing a single property or an entire portfolio. The design options allows you to streamline operations, improve communication, and do it within my budget.

Cons

So far, we don’t have any cons. Switching platforms is never easy—especially in property management, where time is everything. But Cove made the transition seamless. They handled the heavy lifting, and all we had to do was provide the information.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with Cove. We switched over from a different work order site and they were extremely communicative throughout the implementation process, which included them assisting in hosting a building launch event. Their entire staff is very personable!

Pros

I love that it is a one stop shop for all of our building's needs. From the work order functions to the email builder, it covers a lot of ground for managing our property more efficiently. As for the tenants, it is extremely user friendly. We have received multiple comments on the functionality from the user side.

Cons

The only thing I would change is the metrics on the Email Builder. I would love to see which tenant is interacting with specific events the most so that we can tailor our event programming to that.

Pros

The implementation was tremendous and supported us throughout the entire process. They made sure our team was comfortable utilizing the product after we launched the app.

Cons

Honestly, not much to dislike at Cove between the product (very user friendly) and the support staff.

Working with \[sensitive content hidden\]has been an absolute pleasure—their customer service truly goes above and beyond. The app has become our go-to hub for all things tenant and operations. While there are occasional limitations, it provides a centralized, streamlined experience that keeps our team and tenants connected.

Pros

The engagement we’re able to foster through Cove has transformed how we connect with tenants. Everything from event sign-ups to building updates happens in one simple, interactive platform.

Cons

Having worked in tech before, I find the back-end feels dated and overly manual. A few key updates could greatly improve efficiency and expand functionality. For instance, it should sync seamlessly with Yardi for both reservations and work orders, not just work orders.
