I would say my over all experience with Yahoo Mail has been pleasant. I use it mostly for personal use. I hardly get any spam like I do with Gmail.

Pros

I like Yahoo Mail I have used this product for many years. I like that you can adjust and have yahoo automatically delete old mail.

Cons

I have not had any issues with Yahoo Mail. It serves as my personal email. It has never really given any issues.

Overall, I love Yahoo Mail and it is the main form of email communication that I use at my business, even though I have a different site for my personal email account. Yahoo Mail makes things super easy and quick and I love how easy it is to get the hang of it when you are first starting to use it! Yahoo Mail is amazing!!!

Pros

I like that you can send any emails that you want and it is super easy to connect with others. There are never any issues with Yahoo Mail and there is great customer support to ensure no issues occur. It is super easy to navigate, learn, and get the hang of as a first time user. You can manage your documents with ease on Yahoo Mail as well, which is another great feature!

Cons

There was nothing that I disliked about Yahoo Mail. Everything works very well and you can tell that the developers actually put thought and effort into creating it, because it is very well done.

I made the switch because I wanted to use separate emails completely from my personal vs business. I use gmail for personal and yahoo mail for business. I found it easier to separate things by using yahoo mail for business purposes.

Pros

I’ve had one of my yahoo accounts since the early 2000s. I used to like the chat features within the server as that’s how my friends and I would chat during computer class. I like that we could store our photos on there and could even send messages to our emails via text. I like the design features too. I was able to design my yahoo/ yahoo status the way I did MySpace page.

Cons

Today, it’s all about money with this company. You have to pay for storage and pay to remove ads. I created another email for one important record keeping. Because of their updates/storage issues - my email from Middle school has been deleted which makes me sad.

I have been using yahoo mail for the last 20 years and the experience has been great overall. I never regretted choosing yahoo over its competitors.

Pros

The User Interface is far better looking and the dark mode is the best. The competitors are way behind Yahoo Mail, atleast in UI UX.

Cons

Advertisements, the fact that I see Ads while seeing my emails seems so inappropriate.

I like sorting they do, and ability to find any emails quickly. Minuses are very minor. Big storage is a huge plus.

Pros

Excellent sorting. Yahoo divides emails into all, primary, and offers. (you can change it on your end). I mostly just look at primary, and check 'all' maybe once a week. Your senders have icons so its easy to tell them apart. Good filter, very easy to find the email you are looking for.

Cons

two main issues 1) Advertisements come in bold like unread messages, and you cannot delete them. If you click on them that ad opens 2) My preferred method is to check on many emails, and delete all at once. In Gmail, if during that process I accidentally open an email, its no problem. Those I checked remains checked, and I can still delete them. In Yahoo, in the same scenario, if I accidentally open an email while checking others, I loose all my checks.

I use it for emails and other stuff. I don’t have a lot of emails so it’s pretty good but sometimes it starts lagging because of how much emails I get so I would prefer Gmail over yahoo.

Pros

Has generous storage. Good organization features like folders, filters and stuff like that to manage emails easier .

Cons

It has a lot of ads which is annoying. It’s slow sometimes and it lags. Not so good security for users.

Overall my experience has been good, I've been using yahoo mail for over 15 years and use it for all my main mail.

Pros

Easy to use. Everything is clearly labeled and organized. I can save and sort my emails into folders and keep my inbox tidy.

Cons

Wish there was a better way to sort out spam or at the very least it was caught more often by the auto filter.

I still have a yahoo account but don't use it much. The layout is overwhelming and small font. Seems like to much going on in one app. I am able to navigate to my mail quickly. Can have multiple accounts.

Pros

Can have more then one email account and log in to the one you want. Can switch from email to search page.

Cons

Small font size. To much cramped into one page. Needs to be simplified better for different types of users.

I sometimes agree with its sorting of messages, considering overstuffed inboxes with much ado about nothing. It has this built-in "not only spam" feature; but it won't call it trash either.... lol.

Pros

The communication response for Yahoo Mail is rapidly within the blink of the eyes. I used to use it to communicate with friends. Of course, this was before platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram etc.

Cons

I disliked the fact that while logging in to Yahoo mail, I would get distracted by Yahoo media or news. So, it would take almost an hour to login.

I was using it before I had gmail. I even used Yahoo personals to get married to my wife but they do not have Yahoo personals any longer.

Pros

It came out before gmail. It has been around longer then gmail. I think I have been using it since I had an aol account.

Cons

It does not have features like cloud storage. I think it does not use ai, i think they have a long way to go improve this product.
