Pros The customer service option to regain account access deters me from leaning on other popular free email providers. Cons Yahoo doesn't put in alot of effort to make updates, or really stand out, so its almost an easy to forget inbox that my emails become irrelevant in, while im busy using other inboxes. Works on multiple platforms too. Cons It’s obscure and is considered a less modern option for users wanting to sign up to professional services and accounts. Pros Basic, free, credible email provider. Consistent over the years and convenient to have for yahoo fantasy football (it’s a whole thing)! Cons I don’t have any specific complaints about the platform. My issue is that most people have gmail, so it’s convenient for things like video calls/ meetings to just use google meet. Cons I wish there were a way to limit all the phishing emails I get. I also wish for a rescinding of the email option should the other party not have viewed the email yet and the sender decides they regret the recent email and wish to un-send it email. Pros It is way easier to delete multiple emails at one time than Gmail specifically because I use both email services but definately prefer Yahoo mail over gmail because of that and how bright and peppy/colorful the background is when I check my emails. It's great and user friendly on computers, laptops, tablets, phones and even smart watches. You can be notified and respond within mere seconds. It also allows you to be logged in on multiple devices, for example the entire office could be logged into the same account and be able to respond to customers promptly. Cons The only con I would have is that it doesn't automatically log you out when you close the box. You have to go in and actually logout. So, just simply closing the box doesn't close you out of the email. You are still logged in once someone launches the browser.
