Se facilita el seguimiento de las actualización mediante las alarmas, gestión del historial, del control documental en general.

Pros

Tiene las funciones de gestión que desde la empresa necesitamos y un equipo detrás que ha implementado las necesidades que nos han ido surgiendo. Se adapta bien a cualquier dispositivo. Tienen actualizaciones frecuentes dónde siempre introducen mejoras de utilidad.

Cons

Al principio parece complejo, pero con un poco de práctica y el apoyo que te dan desde asistencia al cliente en seguida se hace más sencillo.

Nos está costando mucho implementarlo, y encajar las necesidades particulares con un software como este genérico. Pero esto no es un problema del software, pero tal vez habría hecho falta mas acompañamiento, reflexión y planificación del proceso de implantación.

Pros

El sistema funciona bien y es muy útil para eliminar documentación en papel, gestionar documentación y hacer checklist de auditoria. El potencial de la herramienta es enorme.

Cons

El software esta muy definido y pensado para ciertas utilidades concretas. A veces se pretende cubrir con el software otras necesidades para las que no es tan practico su uso o requiere cierto nivel de desarrollo o personalización que ralentiza la implementación.
