Unfortunately, FedEx failed to communicate with Boxtal to pay the customs fees. As a result, the parcel was lost by FedEx, and as of January 2024, I am still awaiting a refund from both FedEx and Boxtal. I discovered that FedEx did send compensation to Boxtal at the end of November 2023. However, the computation was based on the weight of the parcel instead of using the bills we provided. After some hesitation and miscommunication from Boxtal, they initially informed us that we would not be refunded. Later, they changed their stance and assured us of a refund in December 2023, but not for the full amount transferred by FedEx. Boxtal intended to keep the money covered by the insurance. Despite numerous follow-ups and a prolonged wait, as of January 2024, they informed me today that they will refund a different amount, which is, of course, less than what they promised in December. Please, avoid using Boxtal. Malgré une plainte déposée à la police, l'envoi de factures, une attestation sur l'honneur, le tout demandé par Boxtal, rien n'y fait. Ils se renvoient la balle entre Chronopost et Boxtal sans que personne ne prenne ses responsabilités.Bien sur, comme nous sommes passés par Boxtal, il est impossible d'échanger avec Chronopost qui nous renvoi vers Boxtal qui est leur seul interlocuteur...A l'avenir, nous passerons en direct avec une plateforme qui propose une vraie assurance ou en direct avec un transporteur !Service client déplorable qui met une semaine à répondre, qui ne propose aucune solution et qui se cache derrière la close de l'assurance qui ne prend pas en charge ce cas particulier, comme par hasard.Bref, si vous souhaitez envoyer des colis régulièrement et sereinement, ne choisissez surtout pas Boxtal !
