## What is MEINbusiness?

MEINbusiness is a cloud-based software solution with digital data management for gastronomy and hospitality. The application automatically links purchasing, POS and staff data, organises it centrally and provides all relevant KPIs for controlling and operational management. Orders can be executed directly via MEINbusiness, centrally predefined and continuously monitored – including recipes, costing and assortment specifications. Purchasing data is extracted from digitised invoices and automatically pre-accounted for financial processing. The aim is to standardise processes, reduce costs and enable data-driven decision-making.

Ich finde im Vergleich ist diese Software sehr einfach im täglichen Gebrauch zu handhaben. Für Mitarbeiter die Zukünftig damit arbeiten sollen ist der Schulungsaufwand übersichtlich und logisch zu vermitteln.Eine runde Sache.

Cons

Da ich das System noch nicht im vollen Umfang nutze kann ich da nicht wirklich was zu sagen. Die Bereiche die ich nutze sind einfach und logisch und gut funktional.

Schnelles tool für einen betriebliche gesamtüberblick von einkaufsvolumen, bestellung bis rechnungskontrolle zahlung und kontierungMenüplanung rezeptierung gut angepasst und einfach

Schnelle Übersicht viel Zeitersparnis. Einzelne Standorte und Zeiträume gut extra abzurufen. Buchhaltung und Steuerberatung war gut und schnell einbindbar . Hohe Zeitersparnis für Buchhalterin und Zeitflexibel da alle Rechnungen die schon drinnen freigegeben sind gleich bearbeitet werden können.

Cons

bis dato wäre mir nichts aufgefallen eventuell optische hervorhebungen bei manchen Zeilen oder Lieferanten / Zeitraum / Zweigstellen Fixierungen.

Wenn der Grundstamm von Lager, Rezepten, Bestellisten,... eingerichtet ist, eine sehr übersichtliche und Benutzerfreundliche Software. Bestellfunktion und LFS Buchungen im täglichen Gebrauch, verlässlich und einfach.

Cons

Einge Lieferanten weigern sich das System zu implemntieren. Somit müssen hier die LFS wieder händisch eingegeben werden.

Vereinfacht sämtliche Prozesse rund um die Themen Einkauf, Verkauf, Bestellung, Web Shop, Rechnungsbearbeitung und vieles mehr.

Pros

Das ganze Händling ist sehr gut strukturiert, einfach und verständlich nachzuvollziehen. Vielseitig einsetzbar in Bezug auf Statistiken und Auswertungen die für mehrere Standorte wichtig sind um die Betriebe gut aufzustellen. Einfache Erstellung der Speisekarten und im weiteren Verlauf einfache Prozesse zur Bestellung. Auch bei mehreren Kostenstellen ist alles überschaubar und gut strukturiert. Schnelle Bearbeitung bei Anfragen an den Support. Ich bin von diesem Produkt überzeugt und würde es immer wieder einführen.

Cons

Lagerverwaltung war sehr aufwändig, die Reihenfolge der Artikel synchron zur Lagerposition hat nicht funktioniert

Geniale Software welche für die Zukunft rüstet.

Pros

Das Echzeit Monitoring ist sehr hilfreich und in Anbetracht der aktuellen Marktlage ggf. überleben wichtig. Die digitale Buchhaltung ist nicht mehr weg zu denken! Das Controlling des Einkauf und auch das Einkaufsmanagement ist nicht mehr weg zu denken!

Cons

In gewissen Bereichen die Genauigkeit der Daten bzw. der Verlässlichkeit dieser. Hier braucht es ein digitales Controlling bzw. eine Dashboard für verdächtige Abweichungen

Pros

Tägliche Rechnungsprüfung inkl der Liferscheine. Verkauf einzelner Produkte und zu sehen wann welches Produkt verkauft wird.

Cons

Nicht imme mit den Umsätzen der Kasse übereingestimmt.
