Owner Health, Wellness and Fitness Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "The best studio management software in the market" September 18, 2025 5.0 I've used a lot of gym management software and most of them leave a lot to be desired. WODBoard does everything I need it to do, and it does it reliably. Pros WODBoard has a clean design that is consistent and focused. It does a lot of things really well in one package: CRM, memberships, retail, classes, services, etc. And most importantly, it works well and is very responsive. Cons There are a number of really great features that aren't the most discoverable. Such as one of the coolest features it has is that if you tap on the mini calendar at the top of your dashboard, it automatically enrolls you in your usual class that day of the week. A great feature that none of my members know about. Pros Response time: An issue or question they'll usually get back to you the same day or at least the next day at the latest. Happy to take on feedback and action it Cons Some features that would be useful not a feature.. Yet! But, feedback has been taken onto the development team. When we have encountered any issues, the WodBoard support team have been very helpful and responsive. They address concerns quickly and ensure everything is running smoothly. What I appreciate most is that WodBoard listens to feedback. We have made several recommendations over time and I am happy to see that many of them have been implemented in system updates. It is clear that they care about continuously improving the platform based on user input. Overall, it's a great service and we would definitely recommend it to other gyms looking for a reliable management system. Pros The platform is user-friendly, helping us efficiently manage class bookings, memberships and communications. Our members also find it easy to use, which is a big plus! Cons Overall, WodBoard is a great tool for managing our classes and PT sessions. The main limitation that we have encountered is that nothing can be changed retrospectively. This can create some issues when coaches are not fully up-to-date with their PT admin or when members sign up late. Keeping everything current is key to avoiding these challenges but not always possible. Pros The dashboard gives us a real time overview of our major KPIs and the community feature allows us to connect directly with our member base creating a Facebook page type interface for sharing information and getting engagement. Cons I’ve yet to unlock the full potential of WoDBoard. Pros Extremely efficient and easy to use both back-end and customer facing. Very supportive team. Built in CRM system is brilliant, with an extensive number of automations. Migrated over from another software with minimal fuss. Programming is a dream, really intuitive and not as clunky as other rivals. Cons Nothing to comment on this currently, very happy so far. The staff are super accommodating and helpful, especially when I was first starting-up the gym and wasn’t trading yet - but was still able to get to grips with the app before my first payment. Pros It’s an all-in-one app, especially having the programming and booking system in one place. The previous gym I attended had two apps for this and it really annoyed me. Cons It can be a bit hard to navigate the various set-up options. Their is no search function when looking to update movements in the library, I have to manually click through page-after-page to find what I’m looking for. It’s really easy to use and my members are loving it. Pros Love how user friendly it is and makes things really simple for running our gym. The team behind the app are really knowledgeable and take their time learning about your business to get the most out of your app. Viv especially has gone above and beyond to help me set up correctly and let me have the best experience. Cons I haven’t found many things I dislike or found difficult. The only problems I had, Viv managed to sort them pretty quickly for me. I love how user friendly it is and the fact that there is an app. Since the beginning, WodBoard have been supportive, providing me with all necessary information and answering any questions that I had. \[sensitive content hidden\], who was assigned to look after my account has been great and I feel that if I ever have any questions she will be there to help me.
