It is clear that they care about continuously improving the platform based on user input.
Ease of use, great customer service, good for communicating with members and good reporting tools.

Cons
The main limitation that we have encountered is that nothing can be changed retrospectively.
Keeping everything current is key to avoiding these challenges but not always possible.
Most of the things I struggle with are likely more down to not knowing how to do them rather than the product not having the ability to do it.
I know you can but it removes seeing the actual details (workouts) which is the critical part.

"Excellent Gym Management Platform with Responsive Support"
Overall: We have been using WodBoard for our gyms for over 2 years now and, overall, we are very pleased with the service it provides for both gym administration and our members. When we have encountered any issues, the WodBoard support team have been very helpful and responsive. They address concerns quickly and ensure everything is running smoothly. What I appreciate most is that WodBoard listens to feedback. We have made several recommendations over time and I am happy to see that many of them have been implemented in system updates. It is clear that they care about continuously improving the platform based on user input. Overall, it's a great service and we would definitely recommend it to other gyms looking for a reliable management system.
Pros: The platform is user-friendly, helping us efficiently manage class bookings, memberships and communications. Our members also find it easy to use, which is a big plus!
Cons: Overall, WodBoard is a great tool for managing our classes and PT sessions. The main limitation that we have encountered is that nothing can be changed retrospectively. This can create some issues when coaches are not fully up-to-date with their PT admin or when members sign up late. Keeping everything current is key to avoiding these challenges but not always possible.

Overall: It was easy to migrate from another software, we have used it to manage, memberships, programming and communication simply and effectively.
Pros: The dashboard gives us a real time overview of our major KPIs and the community feature allows us to connect directly with our member base creating a Facebook page type interface for sharing information and getting engagement.
Cons: I’ve yet to unlock the full potential of WoDBoard.

Pros: I am new to using WodBoard but it is very easy to use and I have mostly been able to figure everything out myself as it's so simple. On the occasions I do need help or I have a question, the customer support has been great. Viv replies the same day and often with a video explanation showing me exactly what to do - my queries have always been resolved first time.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind so far, I haven't been using it for that long yet

Overall: Highly recommend using Wodboard to all gym and studio owners. They have really thought of everything and make running your business so much easier! The support is insane, always quick responses and will always find a way to help you do whatever you are trying to do!

Overall: Excellent, highly recommend - wish we had gone with Wodboard sooner rather than going with cheaper less efficient alternatives.
Pros: Extremely efficient and easy to use both back-end and customer facing. Very supportive team. Built in CRM system is brilliant, with an extensive number of automations. Migrated over from another software with minimal fuss. Programming is a dream, really intuitive and not as clunky as other rivals.
Cons: Nothing to comment on this currently, very happy so far.

Pros: It is user friendly and straightforward to navigate. It is easy to get in touch with Wodboard support for any queries. I also like that multiple scores for the same workout can be put in and its easy to upload programming to the app.
Cons: It would be even better if there was the option to habit track or run a challenge via the app.

Overall: Excellent so far, I got a little confused with some of the features but Viv was unbelievably helpful, calling me and sending helpful video tutorials.
Pros: It’s easy to use and set up and use with customer support that is second to none.
