Pros

  • It is clear that they care about continuously improving the platform based on user input.

  • Ease of use, great customer service, good for communicating with members and good reporting tools.

  • Excellent product and service. Both [sensitive content hidden] have been fantastic throughout the process.

  • Easy of use, visually appealing, great contact with customer service and plenty of monthly development which is great to see.

Cons

  • The main limitation that we have encountered is that nothing can be changed retrospectively.

  • Keeping everything current is key to avoiding these challenges but not always possible.

  • Most of the things I struggle with are likely more down to not knowing how to do them rather than the product not having the ability to do it.

  • I know you can but it removes seeing the actual details (workouts) which is the critical part.

"Excellent Gym Management Platform with Responsive Support"

Overall: We have been using WodBoard for our gyms for over 2 years now and, overall, we are very pleased with the service it provides for both gym administration and our members. When we have encountered any issues, the WodBoard support team have been very helpful and responsive. They address concerns quickly and ensure everything is running smoothly. What I appreciate most is that WodBoard listens to feedback. We have made several recommendations over time and I am happy to see that many of them have been implemented in system updates. It is clear that they care about continuously improving the platform based on user input. Overall, it's a great service and we would definitely recommend it to other gyms looking for a reliable management system.

Pros: The platform is user-friendly, helping us efficiently manage class bookings, memberships and communications. Our members also find it easy to use, which is a big plus!

Cons: Overall, WodBoard is a great tool for managing our classes and PT sessions. The main limitation that we have encountered is that nothing can be changed retrospectively. This can create some issues when coaches are not fully up-to-date with their PT admin or when members sign up late. Keeping everything current is key to avoiding these challenges but not always possible.

"Wodboard Review "

Pros: great customer service everything in one place members find it easy to use

Cons: Find it hard to find what I need in reports

Reasons for Choosing WodBoard: It had programming, timetable and billing all in one place.
Switched From: Wodify
Reasons for Switching to WodBoard: Wodify was constantly down - especially on weekends. & Had poor customer service

"Fantastic all round offering"

Overall: It was easy to migrate from another software, we have used it to manage, memberships, programming and communication simply and effectively.

Pros: The dashboard gives us a real time overview of our major KPIs and the community feature allows us to connect directly with our member base creating a Facebook page type interface for sharing information and getting engagement.

Cons: I’ve yet to unlock the full potential of WoDBoard.

Reasons for Switching to WodBoard: Wodify was really cumbersome and expensive for a raft of features that didn’t work well or we didn’t require

"OMNI lifestyle and fitness"

Overall: Great support, great user functions, nice interface.

Pros: Incredibly user friendly. Even the least ‘computer based’ clients have no struggle.

Cons: Non really anything to say on this which is a great thing.

Alternatives Considered: TeamUp
Reasons for Choosing WodBoard: Way better user experience. Much better back of house facility
Switched From: Bookwhen
Reasons for Switching to WodBoard: It didn’t provide us with even 50% of what you guys do.

"The best all-round gym management software"

Pros: Ease of use, great customer service, good for communicating with members and good reporting tools.

Cons: It works out as a lot of money every year for two sites.

"All in one gym management "

Overall: Brilliant!! The team are very quick and pro active when we need help

Pros: All the tools you need to manage a gym are in on application

Cons: Priced based on member numbers, the more you grow the more it costs

"Fantastic Customer Service and Ease of Use"

Pros: I am new to using WodBoard but it is very easy to use and I have mostly been able to figure everything out myself as it's so simple. On the occasions I do need help or I have a question, the customer support has been great. Viv replies the same day and often with a video explanation showing me exactly what to do - my queries have always been resolved first time.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind so far, I haven't been using it for that long yet

Alternatives Considered: Wodify
Reasons for Choosing WodBoard: I have had experience with Wodify with my current gym and I'm not a fan of it, it often crashes and I think it could be more user friendly. I have heard good things about Box Mate but was put off since you had to get Box Mate and Team Up for a full solution

"Very happy with the service provided"

Pros: Excellent product and service. Both [sensitive content hidden] have been fantastic throughout the process. Highly recommend. Very receptive to feedback on functionality and appear to be keen to develop the product over time.

Cons: No major negatives. Most of the things I struggle with are likely more down to not knowing how to do them rather than the product not having the ability to do it.

"All the features my business wants and needs in a clean app paired with top tier customer support"

Overall: Highly recommend using Wodboard to all gym and studio owners. They have really thought of everything and make running your business so much easier! The support is insane, always quick responses and will always find a way to help you do whatever you are trying to do!

Pros: Easy to use, super clean, has all the features I would want and need and then some! Best of all is the customer support though

Cons: Nothing I can think of - both as a client and as a gym owner

"Best all in-one gym software. Extremely happy!"

Overall: Excellent, highly recommend - wish we had gone with Wodboard sooner rather than going with cheaper less efficient alternatives.

Pros: Extremely efficient and easy to use both back-end and customer facing. Very supportive team. Built in CRM system is brilliant, with an extensive number of automations. Migrated over from another software with minimal fuss. Programming is a dream, really intuitive and not as clunky as other rivals.

Cons: Nothing to comment on this currently, very happy so far.

Switched From: Wodify
Reasons for Switching to WodBoard: They were inefficient, limited automations, clunky software, based in USA so outage periods coincided with peak UK periods.

"Brilliant Customer Service! "

Overall: very positive, especially dealing with Wodboard support with prompt feedback.

Pros: It is user friendly and straightforward to navigate. It is easy to get in touch with Wodboard support for any queries. I also like that multiple scores for the same workout can be put in and its easy to upload programming to the app.

Cons: It would be even better if there was the option to habit track or run a challenge via the app.

"New CrossFit gym"

Overall: Excellent so far, I got a little confused with some of the features but Viv was unbelievably helpful, calling me and sending helpful video tutorials.

Pros: It’s easy to use and set up and use with customer support that is second to none.

Cons: Writing out workouts and recording them is a bit clunky.

"Michael - CrossFit Putney"

Pros: Easy of use, visually appealing, great contact with customer service and plenty of monthly development which is great to see.

Cons: Would be good to see programming on a monthly view instead of weekly. I know you can but it removes seeing the actual details (workouts) which is the critical part.

"Great Customer Service"

"Happy with the product "

"Wodboard for PT Gym"

Pros: Easy setup and management of PT Clients bookings and payments

Cons: App is a bit glitchy but not to the point where it doesn’t function as needed
