### "Fantastic Customer Service and Ease of Use"

Pros

I am new to using WodBoard but it is very easy to use and I have mostly been able to figure everything out myself as it's so simple. On the occasions I do need help or I have a question, the customer support has been great. Viv replies the same day and often with a video explanation showing me exactly what to do - my queries have always been resolved first time.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind so far, I haven't been using it for that long yet

Reason for choosing WodBoard

I have had experience with Wodify with my current gym and I'm not a fan of it, it often crashes and I think it could be more user friendly. I have heard good things about Box Mate but was put off since you had to get Box Mate and Team Up for a full solution

10/10 can’t fault it at all, great platform

Pros

Easy access and so much reports to use for my gym members and staff

Cons

Initial guide to all reports? But honestly so happy
