The experience has been great. The tool has a lot of potential to be used in multiple areas in an organization. The team has been quite responsive and helpful in resolving the queries and finding workarounds to customize the tool as per our requirement

Pros

Flexibility: The flexy module helps to build all possible workflows, add additional parameters etc.

Cons

Some features like upload options for KRIs can be a part of the product design

The user interface and user experience are amazing which add ease to traverse. The cluster location for all Risk, Audit and Compliance Repositories is well appreciated.Depending upon requirements standard framework can be customized on the tool as well as integration features are something that attracts the limelight for easy navigation.For designing workflows, approval on workflows, and user-defined charts on the go, self-service features appear to be ultimately unparalleled.

For drawing precise insights adding logical and analytical tools would be helpful.

1\. Seamless execution from audit planning along with risk assessments till audit reporting and action tracking2. Clean UI for clear navigation3. Real-Time interactive dashboards4. Pre-defined checklists for all areas with Risk and control libraries are very useful.5. Integrated with other modules like Risks, Controls, Policies, etc.6. Also liked the Customer Service where they gave a trial access and helped in understanding the system quickly.

Cons

Too early to comment as I have not experienced any issues till now.
