It has forced us to use other tool. **Pros:** We were out for campus assessment, It was embarrassing situation for us, we tried last year, there were some glitches & we thought it could have improved but it was flop show. **Cons:** We did dry run few hours before the actual test time, it was working fine but during the test. OMG! all and everywhere it was failing. 1. Their city database was missing; candidates were not able to select city and it was mandatory field!! 2. It stopped loggining in, for 30 minutes, 2 minutes to login. Shame! 3. Rate limiting error while doing the test. 4. We moved up to higher level of plan, that didn't help. 5. Images of questions were missing for 'Problem solving" module 6. Further, after so many hiccups, we were not able to see the results, it was just like disconnect from database. 7.
