Cons Sometimes there was a glitch or a complete failure to get online, so I had to keep a paper copy of each patient’s visit, as a back-up to refer to in those situations when Qualifacts was down. Cons Sometimes it was tedious when it came to navigating the different sections. The menu wasn't always accessible so you had to reload the page/ go back and forth between pages. Pros I like how customizable it is, so we can configure programs and documents to fit our individual needs. The treatment plan and schedule and the ability to create configurable forms work very well for us. Cons The MedPass window frequently has issues. In the last year we have had 3 major issues of a pop-up error message that would interrupt med pass, Medications not synching between DrFirst and the MAR that was determined to be due to data stored in inactive staff names, meds not synching again that had to do with character limits in data fields on the back end, and now PRNs being removed from the MAR despite being active. However, many people I work with have described it being difficult to learn and use. Pros I like that everything is all on one platform. Cons I least like that this platform does not easily and effectively sync up to other third party platforms.
