It was mostly reliable and met my needs in my psychiatric practice. Pros I loved it because it allowed me to write my complete medical note, including the chief complaint, history & physical, mental status exam, and treatment plans. Cons Sometimes there was a glitch or a complete failure to get online, so I had to keep a paper copy of each patient’s visit, as a back-up to refer to in those situations when Qualifacts was down. However, the site was relatively easy to navigate, it made clinical intakes and assessments streamlined and efficient. I would definitely recommend this product. Pros It was really helpful to have everything in one place. The process for documentation was especially well designed. Cons Sometimes it was tedious when it came to navigating the different sections. The menu wasn't always accessible so you had to reload the page/ go back and forth between pages. Pros I like how customizable it is, so we can configure programs and documents to fit our individual needs. The treatment plan and schedule and the ability to create configurable forms work very well for us. Cons The MedPass window frequently has issues. In the last year we have had 3 major issues of a pop-up error message that would interrupt med pass, Medications not synching between DrFirst and the MAR that was determined to be due to data stored in inactive staff names, meds not synching again that had to do with character limits in data fields on the back end, and now PRNs being removed from the MAR despite being active.
