Pros

It has improved over the past few years with the interface and style which makes it a bit easier to navigate through different sections.

Cons

Overall it is an awkward and difficult to use system. You need to be careful to save your notes as they do not automatically save. I do not like having to hover over the menu options because they disappear if I move my mouse in the slightest.

I practiced successfully with it for over 10 years. It was mostly reliable and met my needs in my psychiatric practice.

Pros

I loved it because it allowed me to write my complete medical note, including the chief complaint, history & physical, mental status exam, and treatment plans.

Cons

Sometimes there was a glitch or a complete failure to get online, so I had to keep a paper copy of each patient’s visit, as a back-up to refer to in those situations when Qualifacts was down.

I love this software and the supportive srevices.

Pros

Love this software for patient use. It's easy to schedule-keep appointment-link to document-bill each day workflow works for clinicians. My billing is always correct and never an issue with kick backs.

Cons

It is about $100 per user when you do smaller organizations but as we've grown the cost has gone down.

I was not utilizing all of the features that CareLogic has to offer, so I can't speak to everything. However, the site was relatively easy to navigate, it made clinical intakes and assessments streamlined and efficient. I would definitely recommend this product.

Pros

It was really helpful to have everything in one place. The process for documentation was especially well designed.

Cons

Sometimes it was tedious when it came to navigating the different sections. The menu wasn't always accessible so you had to reload the page/ go back and forth between pages.

Overall we have had a positive experience and I would like to continue using this EHR system and look forward to upcoming product releases.

Pros

I like how customizable it is, so we can configure programs and documents to fit our individual needs. The treatment plan and schedule and the ability to create configurable forms work very well for us.

Cons

The MedPass window frequently has issues. In the last year we have had 3 major issues of a pop-up error message that would interrupt med pass, Medications not synching between DrFirst and the MAR that was determined to be due to data stored in inactive staff names, meds not synching again that had to do with character limits in data fields on the back end, and now PRNs being removed from the MAR despite being active.

Friendly community, good support, lots of different ways to rollout your services based on how each department operates. Reporting can be a nightmare, particularly when you are a CCBHC.

Pros

Lots of customization to fit to the needs of the practice.

Cons

Difficult learning curve because nothing is standardized and each practice does things differently.

Software should make your life easier and even with the updated interface, Carelogic feels clunky and outdated. It is difficult to navigate and does not let you learn as you go. Significant training is needed in order to use the software.

Pros

Recently, an update to the interface has made it a little more user-friendly. It also seems to have robust capabilities.

Cons

Not very user friendly and difficult to navigate without extensive training. Does not allow you to make changes easily.

I am the Director of Finance, and in the beginning, it was a bit difficult. It seemed the everyone was new and learning. It has gotten so so much better now.

Pros

I love all of the flexibility it has for billing and client options.

Cons

The Staff Per Diem issues and the Duplicate client activities that can't be stopped. I have to have a second eye review each billing for duplicate client charges.

I have found CareLogic easy to work in. The staff and help team are responsive when it is within their power to help. I am very pleased with the product as compared to other EHRs we have worked in.

Pros

The system is modern and configurable. It allows us to manage workflows and easily maintain client records, scheduling, and billing.

Cons

While there are a lot of resources and technology available, many of the features are available at an additional cost.
