Horrible, would not recommend. Incapable support team. Issues not able to be fixed. Constant breaks in the EHR systems, which causes other problems.

Pros

The system is horrible in many ways. The company is not transparent with the software limitations. They made many promises, which we know will never work.

Cons

Prior to go live, which was last May 2024, we were told the system would meet our needs. I year later , we are working still with team support weekly. Minimal fixes have been done.

Our agency has used Credible for over 14 years. We have had good experiences with troubleshooting when issues have occurred, and resolution to ticket entries is positive and timely.

Pros

This product is very intuitive and naviagtion is easy.

Cons

There appears to be more and more occurrences of latency issues. This causes a lot of frustration among clinical staff.

Overall, good. Customer service is improving. I wish Credible would find a way to make the additional features cost effective for small agencies and not just price to the larger agencies.

Pros

Ease of most clinical paperwork and ability to create unique forms to suit our needs.

Cons

Credible Plan - the date fields are confusing. End vs. goal date. Everyone messes them up and even people who have used the Credible plan for a long time forget which to use. The cost of ad on features such as IQ and the client portal or prohibitive for smaller agencies like mine. We always go third party on these types of features because it is never cost effective to use Credible's.

My overall experience has been excellent. Credible has been the most intuitive system I've ever used in my 20+ years in the behavioral health field.

Pros

1\. The intuitive layout makes navigating and training new staff easy. 2. Customizable features allow us to tailor our workflows to the specific needs of our agency. 3. Customer Service Support is excellent!

Cons

I find the KB to be confusing in terms of accessing what you're looking for and how some of the articles are written.

Its mush easier to use than any past program I've used at this office. I love all the reports and information I can extract for bill.

Pros

I feel the program is easy to learn. You can maneuver through easily, it's pretty self-explanatory. You can figure things out new things on your own.

Cons

I sometimes have problems finding clients. It would be nice if you just started typing a name and everything similar drops down for you to see. Many times we are given an incorrect spelling of a clients name and can cause a duplicate entry of the same client.

I have worked in Credible since July 2012. For the most part, I have been pleased.

Pros

Ability to get the reporting data I need. Ease of documentation.

Cons

Updates seem to always cause issues in other areas. I am on the Arkansas User Group. There are always complaints about task tickets and no resolution to them.

Credible was bought out by Qualifacts and that has led to some good changes and also some concerns. Our major problem is we bought this system because it has a workable Emar and looked like a good client portal . However in actual use both ended up being subpar really. They are developing a new Emar which looks better so that is good. We are pretty unhappy with the cost structure of the client portal and are not currently contracted for it.

very stable platform generally has good helpdesk , customizable

Cons

Emar, elabs and erx are all need to be updated or redeveloped as tend to be very manual processes Client portal is about as expensive as the EHR system and is still underdevelopment so not fully functional
